   I am not a regular at leaving feedback but I feel that the level of service I received by the whole team at Goldsmiths Reading is worthy of recognition. Firstly, I hope I get all the names correct. My purchase is a surprise present for my wife - I know that she will absolutely love it. The whole experience from the initial email contact by Cam, through the appointment confirmation by Bryan, to the meeting on the day facilitated by Lois, assisted by Jay was both efficient and (most importantly) enjoyable. This was my first time I had purchased a high end watch for many years and it’s fair to say that I was a little apprehensive but at the same time excited. I needn’t have worried - I’m obviously not the first to experience this. On the day both Lois and Jay demonstrated a level of professionalism and knowledge which is rare to behold these days. In particular Jay’s knowledge of all the watches that I was interested in, particularly the Rolex range, was outstanding. It’s obvious, from the short time that I spent in the store, that the entire team at Reading really enjoy working there; their enthusiasm for the products which they sell really shines through. I look forward to purchasing more watches from this outstanding team in the future. Thank you.

Not only do they have a vast collection of watches and jewellery from some of the most well-known luxury brands, but they also have knowledgeable and friendly staff that are always willing to help. They made me and my wife feel like VIPs, not just regular customers. I have recommended this Goldsmiths branch to many of my friends and family and they have all had the same positive experience.    When picking up a new watch for my wife, Goldsmiths knowing it had been my birthday this week had set up a beautiful surprise complete with cake and champagne to celebrate! It was totally unexpected but absolutely in line with the incredible service we’ve received since we’ve become clients. A particular big thank you has to go to Emma and Jay who always look after myself and my family whenever we pop in and are incredibly welcoming.
