   Long queue and hard to find the products I wanted in store. Unfortunately the Superdrug acetone free nail polish remover leaked and has ruined the stuff I had in my bag. I will have to take everything back next time l go to Reading town centre. The receipt is unreadable. Probably a packaging issue. Disappointed.

   A large building which is great. I was so happy to see how many of the hair products are on sale ,' Buy One Get One Free.' I got so carried away ,when I saw the bill !!! ..... Infact as I was going out I saw more. I only buy these things in spurts... I can't do this Often but it's worth it.

   The lady Fia at the fragrance counter was very polite and knowledgeable. She answered questions before I even asked them. It is not every day I encounter someone with telepathic powers, however I am glad she chooses to use them for good; her love of fragrance.

   Me and my 11 year old daughter went to the store today. We were looking for make up products. My daughter selected a blush and was just making sure that the one she selected was properly sealed and not opened, but the lady working there with a pink jacket suddenly snapped and said that "don't open it, it is not suppose to be opened", we explained to her that we were making sure that it is sealed but she was not in the mood to listen, looked really annoyed. She just took a look at us and assumed that we would do something like that, felt like she was profiling us because of our colour. Thankfully my daughter didn't pay much heed to it . I felt she could have talked in a more calmer way, be it kids or anyone else.

   Poor pharmacy customer service, the pharmacist was patronising and unhelpful with his suggestions how to deal with an issue - i would expect more from an “experienced healthcare professional”. The hours are wrong on google too stating they are open til 7pm on a saturday when in reality it was 5.30pm. Not recommended by me at all!

   Shop open but no staff. Pharmacy closed. I didnt need it but its the one place that surely on a bank holiday should be there in Broad St. In the Butts Centre Superdrug hasn't even got a pharmacy -shameful.

   My go to place to buy toiletries as they often have 2 for 1 offers. The Pharmacist is worth visiting as they take used tablet blister bags which saves them being disposed of in landfill.
