   Food took over an hour to arrive with no apology. The food was cold, dry, flavourless. The rice was just a big inedible hard clump. There was random couple chips in the hash brown box (considering hash browns are marked as Vegan and chips are not so clearly this isn’t the case for those who it’s relevant to) also had to spit out hashbrown because it tasted of chicken and panicked that was mixed in too. The sweet and sour sauce was missing from the order. Just shocking all round. First time ordering from here in a long time and will not be back.

   Worst rice I've ever had, was like rubber they must have microwaved it from the day before it didn't even have any egg in it, the salt and pepper chips literally had black pepper powder on it and not pieces of pepper and was in a tiny box too small even for a child, the sweet and sour chicken balls missing the sweet and sour sauce spent about 40 quid for nothing don't waste your money here.

   I normally rate Macau 5 stars, I love it, but we ordered Sunday evening and the food was just so bland and stodgy abd a little cold, chef must have been having a night off, ended up wasting the whole thing, if it was the first time I've ordered from here, I wouldn't again, Order number 1047785041 ordered 13.10.24

   They have 1 job - to take food orders and they can’t even get that right. Every single time I order it’s always wrong and they “forget” the prawn crackers yet still charge for items missing and guy on reception is so rude. Shame because the food is normally nice but just awful service.

   Don't miss out on the spicy munchie boxes they offer. Worth every penny and you get enough to feed 2 from. Box came packed to the brim. Foods always been spot on. If you want delivery you have to use the macau website. Cheaper to call in though
