“I had been looking at a product for about 3 weeks and my local store, Inverness, didn't have it in stock, but Inverurie ( near Aberdeen and about 90 miles away) did and a few stores in England had it as well. As I was travelling to Inverurie on another matter I tried to relocate my product on the halfords website but could not find it. Anywhere. Decided to go into the Inverurie store on 13 oct 2025 and ask, and once inside a female assistant at the desk listened to my sob story and located my product in under 30 seconds. I was really impressed and would like to say thank you so much to the lady with glasses for her expertise. Nice one Halfords another satisfied customer.”

“Took my vintage camper van in for it's MOT, first time I've used this garage. (it passed) So when my recently acquired motorcycle felt like it had a braking issue I gave them a call and was told to bring it in within the next hour as they had a slot in their bookings. Mark (Director) put my bike on their rolling road, which clearly confirmed that indeed the front brake discs were not as they should be. Company that I got the bike from are now going to replace the discs based on the feedback I was able to give them from Mark. Saved me a long trip to the the bike dealer. Really impressed with their friendly and professional service on both my visits. Will definitely be back.”

“Stuart did and amazing job on a Camper van I bought recently. It had a previous respray by another company and had an annoying paint line where the old and new paint met. Stuart worked his magic and looks much better than it did. Saved me getting it resprayed again which could have cost over 1k so very happy. “I had a dreaded gearbox issue, Bothie Brig were one of the few garages who would even take a look. Extremely professional, took a look at the car and test drove it before estimating time and costs. Explained the likely technical issue so I understood and they got my car back on the road in a really short time, even with labour shortages at the moment. Costs were really reasonable, can't say cheap cause it's a gearbox issue and that needs hours of labor, but it was definitely great value. Car is working fine now. All in all, great garage and great service. Will be bringing my car here from now on, and telling all my family to do the same!”

“After my first experience using this business I wouldn’t go anywhere else for windscreen repairs. I phoned first thing in the morning expecting a few days wait but he said to take it straight in. He checked out the stone chip, gave an honest appraisal of what was needs and how it would look and went straight to work. The chip has now all but vanished and looks far better than I could have hoped. Very friendly staff, good quality work and reasonably priced. If you have a stone chip I’d highly recommend them.”
