“All members of the team at home expert are very professional and helpful. The job was professionally done by Kris who is a master tradesman. The design of a bathroom needs functionality. I wasn't happy with the tap on the basin and they came and changed it no problem. The design needs to incorporate functionality, eg toilet roll holder, towel rail, storage cabinet, etc. I should have checked this in a bit more detail before installation. I was disappointed with the depth in the cabinet. So in summary, this is a great company to work with and the end product is superb. Just make sure you check that the design meets all requirements.”

“We have used the Banchory Home store many times and have normally found what we have been looking for. The staff are friendly and helpful. Today we popped in to get some balloons for a birthday and even though it was busy the owner filled the balloons with helium and tied them to weights. The first set of balloons had a leak so he got these replaced for us.”
