A lovely polite young gentleman helped me put the buggy together in store as I was juggling a fractious 13 month old. He also discretely fitted the front wheels that I mistakenly thought were spares but turned out to be quite important !! “We got our wedding suits from Focus for our June 2025 wedding and couldn’t be happier with the experience. He really knows his stuff and gave great advice on which suits would work best for the wedding. He helped us find the perfect balance making sure the groom had a standout suit that still coordinated well with the groomsmen. The end result was sharp and cohesive. All the suits were perfectly fitted, and from the moment we came in for the fitting, we felt completely comfortable. “I have been shopping at Calitaa & Co since the lockdown when I discovered their collection on Facebook lives. The level of service I have received is 2nd to none. The owner, Shakila has even personally delivered parcels to my door, during the lockdown and beyond. Nothing is ever too much bother, and that Shakila one has even reminded me several months later that some ponchos were coming in again that I had ordered 2 years before and I told her to let me know if she ever got them again. Her memory is incredible. Where would you get that level of service: certainly, not in the high street stores. The clothes are lovely and such great quality. I love the free size because you can continue to wear them if you gain or lose weight. I gained a lot of weight during the lockdown, and I'm comforted knowing that I won't have to purchase a whole new wardrobe when I lose the weight......I'm working on it....lol. Shakila has the loveliest, most gentle personality, and you'll be charmed by her down to earth sense of humour and that beautiful Northern Irish accent. She will treat you like a queen.”

“We purchased a ‘little tikes’ Cozy Coupe, for our 2 year old grandson, at the weekend. I started to put the little car together on Sunday, and as the instruction leaflet said that the approx assembly time was 50 minutes, I thought no problem !! Nearly 3 hours later, I was still struggling with it, with bits not fitting properly ‘for me’. I took the half built car, the numerous parts & the box that everything came in, back to the Smyths store the following day, thinking that my purchase may have been faulty. A very friendly staff member at the tills contacted one of his colleagues (Louis) to come to my rescue. Louis appeared & straight away started to put the little car together without any questions & had my grandson’s new wee pressie up & running within 30 minutes !! Louis did this without any fuss. He was a lovely, friendly fellow. Brilliant service & a life saver for me.”
