“Went in and was greeted with a friendly reception from two members of staff at the Till. The (presumably) manager guided me to the suits as per my request and lead me to Frazer. This gentleman had me measured and fitted in no time and even helped pick out a suit to match the colour I needed. While I was changing he was discussing if I needed anything and he would fetch it for me, even asked for me to pass him the clothing and he would refold for me. A nice added touch. Then after helping me decide a colour shirt to match the suit he left me in the capable hands of Fiona? And again measured my neck and checked my size and pulled a lovely, very reasonably priced shirt to my liking. Then proceeded to help me to the check out. I was in and out in no time and I cannot thank the staff enough. It is clear everyone works very hard and cares for what they do. This was also close to closing time and the effort was still 100%. Would recommend to anyone and if you're looking for quick and no fuss and no worry of measurements or fitting, there is no place better. Will be back and will highly recommend to others.”

“Went to Halfords to look for a bike for one of my sons. Was helped by a very helpful chap named Brian. After asking us some questions, we settled on a Carrera Crossfire 2. Brian was quite happy to explain the differences between the 3 models. At no point did we feel under any pressure from Brian to make a choice or to hurry up. He was more than happy to answer all our questions. It was a delight being served by Brian. We came back two months later and bought another bike for one of my other sons. I expect to go back and purchase another bike for my daughter soon. Can't thank Brian enough for his assistance and his knowledge is excellent, as is his attitude to customer service. “We have had 2 wonderful experiences at Window to the Womb - a scan at 11 weeks for some reassurance after a UTI and then our gender scan at 15+3 weeks. On both occasions, staff have been so lovely, supportive and approachable. I felt extremely comfortable from the minute I walked into the clinic. I had the same sonographer on both occasions and she was amazing - explained everything clearly to us and really made us feel at ease. We got great scan photos too, very clear and exactly what you want to give you the reassurance you need. Would highly recommend Window to the Womb, we can't wait to return for our 4D scan!”

I also liked the fact that they just didn’t just take your money and not engage with us. “What an outdoor shop! I came here the other day super last minute for a pair of new hiking boots. Colin listened to what I wanted and helped me try out a bunch. Eventually I settled on a pair of Aku Trekker Lites. The comfort is amazing and couldn’t be happier. Colin also gave me a few recommendations for some hikes whilst I was in Scotland. Both the hidden valley in Glen Coe and Steall falls did not disappoint. Would recommend the shop, products and customer service from the staff 100%”

“Amazing service at Deja Elite Boutique. Brought my sister here yesterday to look for a prom dress and everyone was fantastic. Even when it all got a bit overwhelming the staff were extremely understanding. There is a great selection of dresses which are well organised into the different styles and colours making it easy to look through what you are looking for. My sister left feeling fantastic, chuffed to have found her prom dress, feeling great about her figure thanks to all the support and feeling very reassured about what was although exciting, still an overwhelming experience for her.
