My older dog, a Miniature Schnauzer, who will turn 15 years old in 2 days time, has been a life time patient at Cromlyn House. Since late 2020 she has had multiple and complex health issues. The standard of care that she received at Cromlyn House in early 2021, when she was extremely ill, was above and beyond. That level of patient support and professional advice continues to the present day as she is treated on a regular basis for other unrelated conditions. Her monthly appointments at Cromlyn House since early 2024 have been an important factor in ensuring that her ongoing health issues have been addressed in live time and her overall condition and mobility has remained stable for over 18 months. Today she still enjoys a good quality of life, balanced against her advanced years. The fact that she is able to do so, and walks in the park each and every day, is testament to the staff, past and present, at Cromlyn House - veterinary surgeons, nursing staff and the administrative and reception team.”
