“I bought a cot mattress from Smyth's Forestside a few weeks ago, unfortunately when I brought it home it was not true to size and left a dangerous gap of about 6cm between the cot and mattress. I contacted Smyths customer service over the phone and they sent me a form to fill in with details of the incident and photos of the gap measurement. Smyths customer service was excellent and fully investigated the matter and contacted Smyths in Forestside on my behalf who then provided me with a replacement mattress if my choice. When I returned the faulty one, the staff in Forestside were already fully aware of the situation and provided excellent customer care. Monica in the Nursery section of Smyths was very friendly and helpful. I am delighted with the replacement mattress.
