The owner, Shakila has even personally delivered parcels to my door, during the lockdown and beyond. Nothing is ever too much bother, and that Shakila one has even reminded me several months later that some ponchos were coming in again that I had ordered 2 years before and I told her to let me know if she ever got them again. Her memory is incredible. Where would you get that level of service: certainly, not in the high street stores. The clothes are lovely and such great quality. I love the free size because you can continue to wear them if you gain or lose weight. I gained a lot of weight during the lockdown, and I'm comforted knowing that I won't have to purchase a whole new wardrobe when I lose the weight......I'm working on it....lol. Shakila has the loveliest, most gentle personality, and you'll be charmed by her down to earth sense of humour and that beautiful Northern Irish accent. She will treat you like a queen.”
