“We went for a large gathering for a birthday party, 19 people in total. When I 1st made the booking the lady I spoke with was amazing. With having a large party and knowing there was a large party in just before us we didnt expect to much as staff would be rushed off their feet. How wrong was I, the waitresses were amazing and NOTHING was too much trouble. Im so glad we decided to eat there.. the food was absolutely beautiful and everyone was stuffed.. thank you so much for making the night amazing for us.. well done the staff to looked after us.”

“It was my Daddy's 6th Anniversary since my Daddy passed away on 24th May 2017. Jill Edwards initially did the floral tribute coffin spray for my Daddy's funeral. And I must say that Helen did a beautiful unique coffin spray for my Daddy's funeral. Helen has made a few floral arrangements for me now. A florist who has 30 + years of experience. I asked Jill Edwards to do a floral arrangement for my Daddy's 6th Anniversary of his passing and Helen kindly made me such a beautiful colourful floral tribute of such an array of beautiful coloured roses which I really was very honoured and happy with. Jill Edwards is a reputable reliable florist. Not expensive either. I really love their floral arrangements and they do have a lot of flowers in their Funeral floral tributes. I am Very PROUD and I am always pleasantly surprised how well that they do the floral arrangements and I would Verymuch highly recommend Jill Edwards 1st Class for their flowers and all theiir Floral arrangements You will not be disappointed! “Moved to this area about a year ago and this wee place is a literal 2min walk from my door. The staff are very welcoming and always very helpful. The food is great and the prices really surprised me. Extremely good value for money. A chicken ball meal (x8 chicken, a big tub of curry or gravy and a choice of chips, fried rice or noodles was less than £7. Can't beat that with a big stick. My only reason for not giving it a full 5 stars on the food is a very small gripe about the curry. Everyone's taste is different obviously but I personally find it very sweet. Other than that, a great wee place and I'd recommend to anybody in the area. Stuart”

“This is a Chinese 'Takeaway'/'Takeout', so there is no seating to eat in. There is a couple of small steps to go in the door of the premises, so not very accessible for wheelchair users to go inside, though the staff are all really friendly & approachable for help. They provide all the usual Chinese 'Takeaway'/'Takeout' foods. Anything we have eaten from here has been really tasty, good quality food & big portion sizes & really competitively priced! There is a good sized free carpark directly outside, you have the choice to order in the shop or ring your food order in. You can either a delivery or a collection. Then you just pay when you get your food. Im not sure about card payments for deliveries, usually, for these types of phone-in orders for delivery, you will need to pay the delivery driver with cash but for collection, you can pay with cash or card at the counter. There is a large grassy area with lots of huge trees for shade, right beside to shop, that you could let you dog have a wee stretch & potty break, if it's been in the car for a while, but there's not a big dog park nor a kids play park. Also on other side of this carpark & grassy area, there is a busy main road into the town, so kids & dogs will need supervision & dogs would be best kept on their leads, for safety whilst there. There are also other businesses there that also use the carpark. Among others, there is also a small 'corner shop', a chip shop & a pharmacy/chemist there too.”

“Great staff, very friendly. Very reasonably priced. I tried here on the way back from the airport on a Monday night in June 2025 as my usual Chinese and two others I've used before always close on a Monday. I've driven past so many times on the way to Tesco and Benson Street car park yet never tried it until today. I got my usual, chicken curry with half boiled rice and half chips. The curry was lovely. The chicken pieces were much bigger than my usual Chinese. Chips and rice were spot on. I really enjoyed this Chinese and wouldn't hesitate to return again soon. Highly recommended!”
