Very courteous and thorough. 5 stars to both the ‘receiptioneer’ and invigilator ladies – especially the calming manner of the ‘recetptioneer’ when dealing with some evidently nervous candidates. She had a warm sense of humour too. All the paperwork (including the test result) and digital photo were seamlessly done at the centre and electronically sent to CSCS. All I had to do was send a copy of my professional registration to a dedicated CSCS email address, make a phone call to CSCS to pay the fee for the CSCS card and hey presto! Job done.”
