“A wonderful and thriving coffee shop, always busy from dawn till dusk, with lots of tables there’s ale seats available though. Dog friendly which is a huge plus for me, they even do a doggie Frappuccino to keep your four legged friends tail wagging. The perfect spot to relax alone or meet up with friends. I recommend you bring an appetite as the food is delicious. And the deserts are to die for. Finally there is ample parking, just avoid school leaving time as spaces are hogged by parents collecting children from the nearby school and play school.”
“Had a party Saturday night, catered for by Suzy. Excellent food there was plenty, more than enough. Everybody loved the food! Brilliant as always x Sam & Family x”
“Still my favourite place to go after all this time. Never disappointed. And occasionally stock vegan donuts ❤️”
“I was walking past on one of my strolls and the smell drew me in like I was one of the bisto kids. I was served with an excellent Bacon Egg Sausage and Tomato sandwich which tasted every bit as good as it looked. I consumed it on a very pleasant seating area. The ladies who served me were pleasant. This is an excellent place.”
“Excellent place, the quality of the coffee never changes. I think it's the best in the Kingdom, without exaggerating. Also, the people in charge of the place are extremely wonderful and very kind.”
“First time, food excellent and friendly staff, prices very competitive, will be coming back.”
“Visited Mell Square Friday afternoon. Food, staff and place itself absolutely faultless. Charcoal sourdough bread with smashed avocado and salmon with added halloumi was absolutely beautiful. Finally found a place with healthy, nourishing food. My Latte was delicious too. Place very clean with also clean and modern toilet upstairs. Very friendly staff. the I'll be back for sure!”
Barberista - Barbers and Coffee Shop is a standout destination in Smethwick, perfectly combining a professional barbershop with a cozy café. Conveniently located on Cape Hill, it serves as a vibrant hub for the local neighborhood. The establishment offers expert hair services including precision fades, classic cuts, and professional grooming. On the café side, they serve specialty coffee, a variety of delicious cakes, and artisanal cheesecakes. This dual-concept space allows clients to relax with a drink or a snack while waiting for their appointment or after a fresh trim.
“Nice customer service and classic place, I would recommend it if you want quite and relaxing place”
“I just wanted to say that I visited your restaurant last year and had an amazing experience! The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. I can't believe I forgot to leave a comment earlier, but I wanted you to know how much I enjoyed my visit. Keep up the great work!”
“Edit: We have returned to Java Lounge Blythe Valley park today and I must say we have thoroughly enjoyed our visit. My coffee was beautifully made and delicious and the children loved their milkshakes. The bearded cheerful chap that made the drinks was attentive and we felt well looked after. We will be returning in future. Thank you. Original review: We have driven past it so many times on our way to and back from VA, so anticipation was building up. We finally stopped off for the first time at Blythe Valley Java Lounge to have a drink on 24/11/18 at around 4pm. First impression was great - decor is lovely, it was clean and welcoming. My children have chosen 2 milkshakes and I went for caramel nutty latte ( or something along those lines, can’t remember exact name). Kids loved their shakes, but my latte was sickening sweet, there must have been a third of a cup or more syrup there. I could not drink it. I raised the issue at the till with a person who made the drink but he said that’s just how it is, it’s caramel after all. I have had caramel lattes from most other established coffee chains including one that is a fast food and never had to leave the drink barely touched. To sum it up, even though my children loved their drinks, we will not be returning as I left very disappointed.”
“Costa at Asda is fantastic! I find myself going there regularly - Shout out to Perrie, Faith and the rest of the crew - They all do a magnificent job and part of the reason I return so frequently! :D”
“Pleasant personalised service, a professional and courteous approach, A true asset to this place, Musa is a delightful artistic looking member of Picassos and is the epitome of class A service. “Amazing service this morning by a young Asian lady (described as didn't catch her name). Good coffee and place to sit and watch the world go by, read a book, complete some work or sit and have a chat amongst friends.”
“A good coffee shop with plenty of options on drinks as well as food, service was good and it was clean and tidy, tables cleared away quick ready for other customers, the atmosphere was calm and not too noisy”
“Wide range of fusion coffees and a warm welcome plus a snall snack shop. Most appropriate for Ethiopian or Eritrean conversations.”
“Chloe truly made my day. Her behaviour was extraordinary — so warm, kind and professional. She went above and beyond, and now I’ll be coming back just for her! Excellent customer service.”
“The family who own this cafe are really friendly. Telephone orders can reduce the waiting time on busy days especially Fridays. Good food at good prices.”
“Really enjoyed the food here. The cakes are delicious too. Everything is very reasonably priced.”
“Ordered on line. Payment quick and simple. 10 litre urn arrived within 24 hours with no problems. Plug and play. Would 100% order again and will be. Order emails/VAT invoice all received when requested.”
“Went for an afternoon tea today and it was so professionally done and the staff were so attentive. The food was so fresh and such a lovely choice. Sat by the window on soft leather chairs with the sun coming in and it was so relaxing. Will be looking out for the next open day.”
“A wonderful little cafe in Dudley. The food is wonderful and value for money. The staff are always professional and courteous. Highly recommend if you find yourself in Dudley town centre”
“I had a fantastic experience at Soho Sweets and Coffee House. The shop itself is lovely—clean, tidy, and welcoming. I tried their samosa, and it was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and perfectly cooked. The coffee was brilliant too, rich and smooth. A special mention goes to Hasan, who was incredibly polite and provided excellent service. He made the visit even more enjoyable with his friendly and professional manner. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food, great coffee, and great service!”
