“I needed a car daylight running bulb for my Vauxhall Astra. Two members of the team, Hayley and Lawrence were brilliant. They helped me find the correct bulbs and Lawrence helped me to fit the bulb in my car too. The shop was an extremely pleasant and speedy transaction. “I've recently had to use Gemini Merryhill due to somebody reversing there car into mine. They made the experience as painless as possible. The staff were very courteous and helpful . Having a courtesy car was no problem very accommodating. The repair work was outstanding and I picked my car up only 2 days later. Would definitely recommend using Gemini Merryhill as they were exceptional. Many thanks”

“What a lovely experience we had this afternoon at Pizza hut Merry Hill. Popped in on the chance. Super warm welcome children given colouring and made to feel special!!! Service all done via app, however this didn't stop Laura checking in regular with us offering support with ordering and nothing was too much trouble with 2 young children being busy in restaurant. Made us feel super happy to visit again with thanks to Laura and her friendly, warm, welcoming customer service. Thank you for all your help explaining offers too.”

“Spot on Job! First time using Carsmetic. Popped over for a quick estimate and I was greeted by Stuart, very friendly and nice bloke. We had a chat about what I wanted doing which was, front bumper full respray, bonnet fixing and painting and blending it all in. He gave me a reasonable price to do the work and booked me in. Over the few days he had my car he kept me updated with the progress, I really appreciated being kept in the loop. Then gave me a phone call when it was all finished. When I went there to pick my car up I could see straight away the great job he had accomplished. Came out and had a chat and I couldn’t be more happy. Everything is blended in amazingly, could never tell the bumper was black before I took it to him. Will definitely be recommending and coming back in the future!”

“Absolutely amazing service from Vaux Tech! Incredibly efficient and went above and beyond by collecting my car from my workplace and dropping it back once the job was done. Everything was smooth, professional, and hassle free. Highly recommend them and will definitely be using Vaux Tech again for all my car needs!”

“Daryl, Jez, JJ and Nigel are the most honest, down to earth, extremely knowledgable snd highly skilled lads. My 2012 Shogun went in for the Intake manifolds and EGR clean, a full major service including all filters and all oils for engine, diffs, transfer case and gearbox. They did a fantastic job on my car and really looked after it. I drove up from London to have the work done by them because I trust them with my pride and joy, they are passionate about Mitsubishi’s and they know these cars inside out. It’s like hanging around with your mates, we had a good laugh! Thanks guys and I will be back for more stuff to be done!”

“Friendly place, arrived slightly early for an MOT. Car was handed straight over and was put through within an hour. The tester came over and explained a few advisories as well as warning of legislation changes in regards to sun strip. Thank you so much will definitely be using these again.”

“Always so helpful and friendly and professional! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, they never rip you off, can always fit you in soon & very helpful with any issues. Thank you!”

“Probably the most honest shop in Houston, did a great job on the first car I brought so I brought another the next day, getting some work done and bringing a few more in, if you’re worried about where you can send people who aren’t knowledgeable and may get screwed over this is the place to send them. You’re in great hands!”

“Impressive craftsmanship & super friendly. I had an unfortunate surprise with a fallen tree branch damaging my A-pillar, small dent and paint included, and I have to say the repair looks like brand new. Superb.”

“Called the man and I explained issue on the Merc he explained things over the phone in simple terms what issue could possibly be (He knows is stuff) and price. Car booked in and job done well happy I asked about doing something else on the vehicle and he explained yes can do job but it wouldn't be worth doing and not to waste money. Honest Professional great too see these days. So yes from our experience highly recommend.”

“The people who work here have been wonderful helping overcome procedures with changing personal plates to a different car early this year and then today when I have had problems with a tyre: things I have no experience or confidence to deal with. Regarding the tyre I wa able to go to the garage as soon as I had phoned and a few hours later the car was ready. Everything was dealt. with quickly, efficientlly with sympathy and understanding. I would give them the highest recommendation possible.”

“Excellent many thanks as always”
