Non urgent enquires can be logged online and GP calls back within 48 (working) hours- great hassel free way to access non urgent care Urgent care- Calling at 8am is always a pain BUT each time I have called for help the receptionists have always tried their best to accommodate our needs.”

“I have to compliment Steppingstones Medical Practice for the vast improvement of late. I have diabetes, and when the meds didn't appear to be working, I had cause to visit the Practice. I have to thank Dr Rashid for her compassion, understanding and care. She put me in touch with the Diabetic Specialist Team promptly and arranged blood tests. She has called me to advise of results etc, this attention is greatly appreciated, and has culminated in my being diagnosed as Type 1 Diabetic, the ensuing appointments at the hospital have resulted in a complete change of medication, I'm now on Insulin, which has made me feel much better. Life changing for my health and state of mind. I appreciate that other medical staff have been involved at the hospital and the Specialist Team at Brierley Hill, but none of this would have happened if she hadn't shown the care and attention to put me in touch with these people. And the follow up phone calls have been appreciated. Cannot thank her and the teams involved enough. A big thank you too to the reception staff who have made it much easier to get appointments.”
