“I visited the dentist several times, the entire team are so friendly, professional and helpful. To start with Dr Rajesh Handa did an amazing job on a root canal going the extra mile to save a tooth I thought was going to need an expensive implant. He was calm and reassuring. I Also saw Dr Audrija, who did a fantastic job on some bonding giving me a fuller smile. She’s very skilled and friendly. The hygienist was also very thorough and knowledgable. I would recommend this practice- from the reception staff to all the practitioners, everyone is lovely. For the first time going to the dentist has been a nice experience :) Kam”

“First review (updated below this): As the receptionists seem to be getting mixed reviews, I wanted to share my experience. I've just got off the phone with one of the ladies at the clinic and she was amazing. I needed to register with them as a new customer and she was a pleasure to talk to, very helpful, efficient and there was no nonsense as well. I'm in desperate need of an appointment due to toothache and she immediately booked me in for tomorrow. I'm nervous about going to the dentist about this, but her professionalism really put me at ease! The Follow up: The receptionist who greeted me on the day of my appointment was lovely and helpful. The dentist and the assistant were both very good, too. I had to have a tooth extracted and the dentist talked me through everything, she was patient with me and helped me calm down as I was very nervous (I've never had a tooth removed before). Any questions I had were answered well and the procedure was quick and painless (just unpleasant because of the pressure on the bone when being removed, but that wasn't down to the dentist being negligent, she did everything perfectly). No negative experiences whatsoever, I will be happy to continue going here for my regular check ups! (Thank you to the staff for the speed in which everything was done).”

“I broke a tooth at the weekend, now Thursday, I tried my usual practice bhandals Blackheath where the only appointment I could get was in 2 weeks. I've tried a couple times to see if I could get a cancellation with no luck. I considered Cradley but thought I'd try here as it is only round the corner from me. They couldn't have been more helpful, the receptionist explained the dentist only did minor routines like fillings which is what I hopefully needed, and told me to go straight round. The dentist Shampa I believe her name, was so nice, explained everything as she did it and asked if it was OK before proceeding with anything, checking all the time I was OK. Thank you so much I can relax over the Easter period now knowing my tooth won't break anymore leaving me in pain. Also thnx to the receptionist very nice and chatty, now that makes a change. Shame you're only open 2 days a week.”
