At my first visit I was given not only all the information I could ask for, but also a gentleness and personal care that was to be honest quite unexpected. The day I went to have the implants fitted I was still slightly dreading what would happen, but I was helped to feel safe and actually remember nothing of the actual process. The temporary fitting worked really well, I was shown how to look after it and on the follow up visit given an electric toothbrush, a water flosser, and other bits and pieces. Most importantly I never felt judged or inadequate in any way. I wouldn't want to single anyone out as Mr Shergill and all the nursing and admin staff were professional, cheerful and kind. And I am not only delighted with the final result, I thank them all for making the experience so easy.”

He was also explaining step by step what he was going to do and how long it could take. With these dentures, he wanted to make sure it was the best fit for me by making me close my jaw, opening it, biting down, etc. My old dentist had rushed the dentures and only had me open my mouth. As a result they kept popping out of my mouth when i was talking, drinking and eating.”

My consultation with Mr Pathak and dealings with the staff at the clinic was excellent. I felt in very safe hands. My consultation was thorough and not rushed and all the procedures offered were explained in full. At no time did I feel pressured to accept something I was not happy with. On the day of the operation I was understandably apprehensive, the staff were lovely and allayed my fears. The operation went well and five weeks after I have recovered well. Majority of the bruising has gone, only small localised discolouration at a couple of the operation sites. The cut sites healed very well, with only two taking a little bit longer. None of the sites became infected. I am very happy with the procedure and the care I received. Thoroughly recommend.”
