On the 3rd day Michele, from MPOP lab, presented the view from the lab side and what will help them to create the best results. He showed a clinical case from start to finish. We are both of a certain age and not too tech savvy. The idea of having to address the ever changing rules and regulations was daunting for us both notwithstanding the prospect of results all having to be done online. Both Pam and Dr Raj provided the complete service as promised. The service provided was knowledgable and extremely friendly with both making us feel at ease and very comfortable. The location in which the tests are taken is accessible and extremely clean and tidy. The process takes only a few minutes and we were made to feel comfortable throughout. Lots of care was taken to ensure that we knew every stage of the process and when and how we would receive our results. In all instances they arrived as described and earlier than expected. It was in the aftercare that we both felt Warwickshire Private Health excelled. Both Pam and Dr Raj displayed genuine care and consideration in our outcomes and patiently addressed our minor concerns whilst awaiting each of our results. Once the results arrived we were again contacted personally to ensure we were still conversant with everything and wished us well on our respective trips. I cannot recommend them highly enough and not only will we definitely use their services again I look forward to doings so. A very personal and personable service.”

The Audi I purchased last summer was problematic but Andy and the guys spent some time to ensure the car was perfect. Following a mechanical issue just a few weeks after I took delivery (no fault of Concours by the way, just bad luck), I decided to chop it for a Japanese import (their specialty) 2011 Jaguar XJ X351 5.0 V8, and I'm delighted. The car was prepared immaculately with nothing too much trouble. It's wonderful to come across a dealer that really cares with a team of highly skilled mechanics who are at home working on a modern as a classic. Some of the old stuff they get in for work is a sign of their reputation: Aston Martin DB4, Ferraris, Jaguars and even a slightly more humble Renault 4. A fabulous place and you won't find better!”
