“Staff are excellent I collect for charity all the staff are very polite and helpful”
“I love this store, I always find what I'm looking for,”
“Huge store that becomes extremely busy, but staff are polite and helpful. A nectar account is extremely useful as it brings the prices down on some items alot, as well as earning redeemable points”
“Great well laid out shop. I love shopping here. Plenty of choice at good prices.”
“I came in the other day where I was looked after by Kim, what can I say - she was amazing, very helpful, attentive and had a good sense of humour. My family enjoyed the lovely meal - I can’t wait to come again and try one of the other amazing desserts they have on offer. The Christmas themed music made me feel just at home and the atmosphere was amazing - very cosy and not too loud (just right). Kim came back for a check back and made sure everything was just right - of course it was!”
“I would like to thank that staff that was on yesterday 7/12/2023, my 3 year old had an accident within the store, which meant he split the top of his lip/nose open so bad that he had to go hospital and have it glued. Purely accidental not the shops fault at all. They were wonderful with him, and me, getting sterile wipes and paper towels for me to help clean the site before I went to the hopsital with another shopper. They were really fast acting and very helpful as well as comforting to both me and my son.”
“It's like a village shop where everyone is friendly and helpful”
“Most of my food shopping occurs here. Some of the staff are really lovely. Went in today for some food shopping. Well stocked and easy to find what I'm looking for.”
“Nice place, clean, good food, keen price's.”

“Such a handy little shop right in the heart of Dorridge town centre. Lots of parking right in front of the shop. Lots of takeaway restaurants surround this shop, so perfect for a quick nip whilst you await your food. Small range but everything you need.”
“Good customer service and great price on drinks. Usually a few quid cheaper than the supermarkets. Would highly recommend this shop.”
“I’d like to give a big thank you to one of your store assistants named Saahill for being incredibly kind and helpful during my visit today. I didn’t know much about the Co-op membership before, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and even helped me sign up. He was genuinely friendly and patient, and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. It's rare to come across such thoughtful customer service—please pass on my appreciation!”
“I use this daily, staff are really friendly and its a decent size corner shop so has most of the items you need. Has a fresh bakery section, coffee and slushie machine, ready meals, raw ingredients like meat, fruit and veg etc”
“Things have greatly improved and all the staff are very pleasant so I am hoping for forgiveness for my previous comments who is the strange little dark haired girl on Monday and Tuesday mornings a bit bossy”
“I bought the Co-op's own brand Hot Cross Buns. They were very good containing plenty of fruit, a pleasing level of spice and having a moist texture. I would definitely buy them again.”
“Good super market near Shirley. A complete family shop. Good parking space. Spacious supermarket. You will find almost everything you need at this shop.”
“Easy to use with pay at pump. Really close to the motorway so often use this instead of filling up and paying the higher prices on the motorway.”
“I used the click and collect service at Marks & Spencer Solihull Sears Retail Park for the first time recently, and I have to say I was really impressed. The whole process was so smooth and straightforward. You simply scan your code at the self-service point, and within a few minutes my parcel was brought out to me. No queues, no waiting around, and no confusion it just worked exactly as it should. What really stood out was how efficient and organised the whole setup felt. Sometimes click and collect can be a bit of a hassle at other stores, with long waits or staff who don’t seem to know where your order has gone. But here, it was quick, simple, and stress-free. The staff were polite and friendly too, which always makes the experience nicer. It’s such a convenient service, especially when you don’t have time to browse the store or wait in long checkout lines. I’ll definitely be using it again in the future, and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a fast, easy way to pick up their order without the fuss. Really pleased with the service.”
“Generally well stocked and friendly staff. Always busy!”
“A large very well stocked Tesco express store in Olton with friendly and profession staff. This store has a petrol station and sells everything from flowers, milk, bread and all day to day items. This store sells seasonal items at different times of the year such as Easter eggs and Christmas items ect. You can get any day-to-day items in this store and I would recommend visiting this store if your if your in the area.”
“Very handy for fuel, now has an electric charger too. A good selection of handy items you might need in a hurry, though you pay a premium for the convenience, as is normal in petrol station goods stores. The card reader annoyingly asks for a donation to charity at every sale, a bit like the attendant shaking a tin at you before accepting payment, an annoying habit. Though I'm sure it raise a lot for charity, I prefer to give consideration to my donations privately, in good knowledge of the charity and the finance structure. I'm here to buy stuff and go. Other than that small annoyance, MFG Knowle is a perfect little place for a quick fill. Also sells bottled gas, has a vac, air, parcel pick up and send, and a car wash.”
“Kimberley was a great cashier and very helpful. She was very polite and made my son. Aaran’s day. Thank you so much.”
“Great store organised clean with toilets and nice staff. Quality of food can range quite a bit but in general most of it is quite nice. Definitely recommend And get a clubcard before visiting, it saves nearly 10% and gives coupons”
“Great corner shop, staff are most helpful in shop and the Post Office staff are really knowledgable and helpful⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Had what you needed for a local. Doubt you could do a weekly shop though.”
