Sadly I had become disillusioned with my NHS practice. I have become quite nervous over the years due to some poor treatments but as soon as I walked into North Street I felt safe and comfortable. My dentist was excellent. He listened to my concerns and offered several working solutions to my problems. I was show my X rays and was given comprehensive explanation of results and a care plan. I was given a full breakdown of costs and a timetable to get the work done. There was no pressure to get anything done but I am so looking forward to it that I’ve decided to start immediately. Best thing I’ve done to join this practice. Thanks to all the lovely friendly staff.”
