βBrilliant place to go for support, different classes to achieve a skill, to meet and talk with other service users about their troubles. Support staff are brilliant to talk with.β
βThese reviews are for the AA product BEAM from the AA and are nothing to do with BEAM Insurance Brokersβ
βIts a doctors surgery. Only go there when i am illβ
βwell organised professional surgery feel your in good hands only downside car parking can be a problemβ
βI have had the best care through Eve Hill, they always answer their phones and they always give assistance. Itβs rare to not get an appointment and the doctors are good and effective especially Dr Shukla, he is very thorough and thatβs a fresh rarity given how the medical system is currently in the country. Itβs sad i moved to Wednesbury and i will be moving GP as soon as i find a new one. I wish i didnβt have to be forced to do so honestly. Keep up the good work Eve Hill.β
βQuality, forward facing brokerage with experienced staff that know their stuffβ
βReceptionist very accommodating, polite, the surgery is very good. Doctor's very thorough.β
βI don't know why people rate them low, I have being in different surgeries for the last 12 years and I have never felt more human and being treated with dignity more then I did at this surgery. I always go back to them even when I moved to an area which they don't cover. I can set here all day numbering and counting their good behaviour and good practice and their patience with customers and I will never finish. I couldn't thank them enough for their efforts to get better and they are one of the few surgeries who are transparent in their work with full access to your records and also make appointments online. Maybe you had bad experience but I believe if you give them a chance and be kind they would go the Extra mile for you. Trust me all it takes is an act of kindness and respect.β
βWords could never express the gratitude I have for The senior practitioner at links medical practice. She went above and beyond for me and my daughter helping us to get referred for adhd- while others services refused my daughter an assessment, this lady spent two whole days to help us with our right to choose. She kept me up to date every single step of the way, made me feel seen, understood and heard from a mile away, she helped me to feel empowered, and that my voice matters and I can fight for a diagnosis for my diaphyses despite being rejected else where! Iβm so thankful that sheβs part of our doctorβs surgery, she is an absolute credit to our practice. I hope she reads my review, Iβm unsure if I can mention her name specifically, but if you see this, from the bottom of my heart thank you. I whole heartedly hope life is kind and soft to you in every way possible, and that you feel nothing but love and joy because in a world full of cruelty, you truly are making a difference to people, simply by being yourself. My best wishes, always, Em xβ
βI had reason to visit Russellβs Hall hospital A&E yesterday.. to try and assist with a neurodiverse lady who had been admitted the night before. To say that the department was busy would be an understatement. But.. l was SO impressed with the staff.. all of them working so hard to deal with the never ending flow of critical situations and some very difficult patients.. one man was shouting and swearing from his cubicle, others were getting very stressed and impatient.. but the staff remained professional and courteous. I could not do it and l regard myself as quite resilient in stressful situations.. Thank you to all the staff.. truly incredible people xxxβ
βhad a very difficult episode with my aunt and the staff especially Angela were absolutely fabulous from the chap on the initial desk, then the young lady on the second and another lovely young lady on A&E (there are a couple of real grumps on this desk but that's for another time) The nurse chap who i didn't get the name of was also really good with great empathy but the star has to be Angela. She really went the extra mile in making sure my Aunt felt comfortable and at ease and stayed with her when she sensed the need. 5 stars all round!!!!β
βGreat support from the staff. Visited for the first time, the staff were friendly and helpful. I can see great teamwork and professionalism. Appointments were maintained as scheduled. The patient waiting areas were great accessible toilets. There were also good parking spaces.β
βI've always received great service from this surgery. Given the demands on the NHS right now I feel blessed to be able to access healthcare in the appropriate ways. Repeat prescriptions done online, sent to pharmacy- time saving! Non urgent enquires can be logged online and GP calls back within 48 (working) hours- great hassel free way to access non urgent care Urgent care- Calling at 8am is always a pain BUT each time I have called for help the receptionists have always tried their best to accommodate our needs.β
βI have to compliment Steppingstones Medical Practice for the vast improvement of late. I have diabetes, and when the meds didn't appear to be working, I had cause to visit the Practice. I have to thank Dr Rashid for her compassion, understanding and care. She put me in touch with the Diabetic Specialist Team promptly and arranged blood tests. She has called me to advise of results etc, this attention is greatly appreciated, and has culminated in my being diagnosed as Type 1 Diabetic, the ensuing appointments at the hospital have resulted in a complete change of medication, I'm now on Insulin, which has made me feel much better. Life changing for my health and state of mind. I appreciate that other medical staff have been involved at the hospital and the Specialist Team at Brierley Hill, but none of this would have happened if she hadn't shown the care and attention to put me in touch with these people. And the follow up phone calls have been appreciated. Cannot thank her and the teams involved enough. A big thank you too to the reception staff who have made it much easier to get appointments.β
