They had a brilliant ticketing system in place to manage clients efficiently. The lady who threaded my eyebrows was lovely and incredibly thorough — I was genuinely impressed with the care she took. When I went to pay, the receptionist gave me a loyalty card (such a thoughtful perk!) and even took my number to send me special offers via text. On top of all that, the threading was only £5 — such a bargain these days! I never usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was truly deserved. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!”
