“I stayed at this hotel in a recently renovated standard room. It was a lovely room, very comfortable and spacious with all the amenities you could need. I attended the Christmas Vegas event which was well organised and managed. The staff were incredibly attentive given the volume of guests and I was impressed by the manner of the waiting staff as this can be a demanding style of event. Breakfast this morning was delicious. “My sister surprised me with an incredible spa package at Santai Spa, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The package included full spa access, a 30-minute massage, and lunch at Sky Bar—all for a fantastic price. From the moment we arrived, everything was well thought out. We were provided with bathrobes, towels, and slippers, and we also had access to complimentary drinks, which added a perfect touch to the experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the 30-minute massage we received from two lovely ladies working on the 4th of February. I, unfortunately, didn’t catch their names, but the massage was the best we’ve ever had. My back massage was done by a Black lady, and wow—her passion for her work was undeniable. I could feel the dedication in every movement, and I walked out of that session feeling like a completely new person. It was truly an unforgettable experience!”
