Two afternoon passes with high tea and two additional treatments for my son. From the moment we walked in we were treated royally by all the staff. Greeted by name, handled both warmly and sensitively. Nothing was too much trouble. “My husband booked me into neo clinic for a facial, massage and MediPedi - it was the most surreal and amazing experience from start to finish!! I'd rate it 100/10 if I could. The canapés, the hospitality and treatments were all out of this world! I've been for spa and clinical treatments before and let me tell you this was an absolute delight I can not recommend them enough and my friends and I will be back for the afternoon tea and treatment package Definitely worth the visit!!”

“Booked our 4 year olds soft play party here Sept 2025. The softplay has loads of different areas and activities within it. Our family love it and so did the kids at the party. We had studio B for the 2nd hour of the party and it was a great size for us to set out different activities for the kids to do after their food. The buffet was pretty basic but fine for kids, quite expensive for what it was, but I guess it saves prepping and the hassle of sorting it all out yourself! Overall, a big success, and great place for a party”
