Turns out the flywheel was on its way so at midday I tried multiple garages around West Brom to see if there was any way anyone could get it fixed today. No one was able to help, but Av auto centre got me in ASAP, all the guys here super friendly and they were totally honest in saying what parts I did and didn't need replacing, . Totally recommend and in all honesty I'm half considering making the drive up here next time my car needs to go into the garage because the service has been much better than I've ever received elsewhere! “Finally I found a garage that I can trust and it's local. After a last minute cancellation by a franchise garage, friend of mine recommended Kwik Fit Bearwood. I never used Kwik Fit and I was ripped off by the previous garage last year (they failed my MOT for windscreen wipers and then charged me £70 for fitting a new one), I was very anxious about this MOT. The first impression of the branch was clean and staff were professional and friendly. The branch's manager Steve Turner was amazing! When I went back to collect my car, Steve greeted me in the office and talked me through my MOT report and explained clearly what works will be required in the future and when they will be due. First time ever I felt so happy after MOT. If there is a silver lining to the cancellation by the other garage, it's that I finally found a local garage that I can trust. Thank you Steve and Bearwood Kwik Fit is my go-to garage from now on and many of my friends too.”
