“Malcom the host offers a warm welcome to this lovely guest house. The room was spotless and decorated in a lovely traditional style. The ensuit is compact and functional with a good shower. There is a guest TV room available. The breakfast features both a wide selection of cereals and a traditional full English with vegetarian options. Throughout our stay Malcolm was extremely helpful and helpful, even preparing an early breakfast for other guests. I can thoroughly recommend that you consider this place.”

“A proper family run friendly garage, the mechanics know what they are doing and the main aim is to fix your vehicle and not extract as much money as possible as so many garages do. If you need a good honest job doing at an excellent price you couldn't ask for better.”

“Called ahead first to ask about bringing three of my service users (one learning disabilities and two complex needs). Couldn't be more helpful on the phone. Even suggested we could have a table in the quietest area. Once there, the staff were amazing. Extremely helpful, courteous and couldn't do enough to make sure our people were comfortable and stress free. Took the guys names so the bills didn't get confused and allowed us as much time as we needed at the table. Mitchell and Aaron, you were both brilliant and a credit to the pub. Well, at Checkout I was looked after by a lovely young lady Tina, and it’s primarily for her service I have left this review. Tina is a very pleasant and helpful young lady who deserves recognition, especially at the very end of her 10pm shift. She checked my items out, provided guidance on Vapes and encouraged my enrolment in the COOP card rewards scheme. Overall a nice experience thanks to Tina who manages finesse in friendliness, efficiency, knowledge and company policy/growth. Thanks Tina!”

“Went for a large family lunch for my daughters birthday. There were 19 of us so we pre ordered, the kids food cane out in minutes and the adults wasnt far behind. Everyone was very helpful and there were no issues at all. Never have any problems here and the food is always well cooked, would recommend.”
