I often ask for detailed nail art and they always rise to the challenge, taking time to make sure I’m happy with the result. The atmosphere in the salon is warm and professional. I’ve always felt comfortable and valued as a customer, and the staff go out of their way to make sure everyone feels at ease. They are attentive to detail, listen carefully to what I want, and check in throughout the process to make sure I’m satisfied. I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed, and I’ve always left with nails I absolutely love. The staff have always been respectful and courteous, and I’ve never witnessed or experienced anything unprofessional. On the contrary, they are always eager to help and make sure every customer leaves happy. I’ve noticed a comment about children in the salon, and I just wanted to add that the owner’s daughter, who is only six, is only occasionally present. When she is there, she’s always a delight—polite, friendly, and never disruptive. In all my years coming here, her presence has never affected the quality of service or the relaxing atmosphere and she brightens up a visit to the shop! If you’re looking for a salon that combines technical skill, creativity, and genuine customer care, I can’t recommend this place enough. “I chose The Private Clinic Birmingham after researching vein removal, this was not a recommendation, but I am very happy to recommend them following my consultation and subsequent operation for vein removal. My consultation with Mr Pathak and dealings with the staff at the clinic was excellent. I felt in very safe hands. My consultation was thorough and not rushed and all the procedures offered were explained in full. At no time did I feel pressured to accept something I was not happy with. On the day of the operation I was understandably apprehensive, the staff were lovely and allayed my fears. The operation went well and five weeks after I have recovered well. Majority of the bruising has gone, only small localised discolouration at a couple of the operation sites. The cut sites healed very well, with only two taking a little bit longer. None of the sites became infected. I am very happy with the procedure and the care I received. Thoroughly recommend.”

Walked in and showed the woman a picture of the nails that I wanted and she told me that it would be £36 which I thought was very reasonable considering the intricate nail art on two fingers. I only had to wait about 5 minutes to be seen and all the staff are very professional and helpful. The girl who did my nail art did it exactly like the picture. I have never had such neat and perfect nails at other salons, they have great attention to detail here. Really good range of colours to pick from. Would definitely return if i’m in Lichfield.”
