I explained my problem to Jordan, who then assessed the damage and he measured the wiper. He didn’t have it in stock, but he went on the phone made a phone call and he ordered it for the same day, I was then booked in to go back in later in the afternoon due to personal problems. I was unable to make my appointment and I called Jordan explaining that and he was more than happy to accommodate me coming in on Monday. When I got there on Monday morning, he remembered me I could tell he was multitasking between fixing cars and answering the phone and supporting his colleagues he still fitted me in an did the job really fast and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes He went above and beyond to assure that he gave me an amazing service with amazing customer service to follow really want to say a big thank you I’m not confident when it comes to cars so to have somebody who is more than willing to help and to assure that everything is working right Really put my mind at ease and I can honestly say when I visit back there I wouldn’t want no other mechanic. thank you again Jordan your a star ⭐️”
