“Absolutely excellent, I had placed an item into pawn due to things that were going on in my life I forgot about the item until I thought I had lost it due to missing the date I had been allowed to redeem it, this made me feel terrible due to the nature of the item but I thought that was that. Imagine how happy I was when I received a letter from them which said they would allow me to still either redeem the item or to pay the interest and keep the item with them for upto another 7 months. I cannot recommend them enough, the interest rates are very reasonable but more than that the service they provide is absolutely excellent because they really care about their customers. I would like to give them a huge thank you for giving me the extra time to redeem my item, something I thought I had lost due to missing the date on my paperwork. Thank you”
