At one time, I wouldn't have made it through the door and I definitely wouldn't have had a hygienist appointment, as I always saw that as an unnecessary need. “I've read the reviews about this Veterinary practice and I personally have nothing but praise for our Cleckheaton branch. Our little dog Odie was diagnosed with diabetes 19 months ago and with the vets and all staff (especially Stacey) Odie was happy and comfortable until the end. I can't praise the vet at Morley (Hazal) enough, she was so good with Odie at the end, she had tears in her eyes and the 2 nurses who put Odie's canula in where so kind, they spoke gently to Odie all the time. They couldn't do enough and where so caring and sympathetic and nothing was rushed, we where allowed as much time as we needed. When we went to collect Odie's ashes, the presentation was so thoughtful and again Stacey was kind and gentle, allowing us the time we needed to enable us to take him home. A big thank you from our hearts to all the staff involved in Odie's care from him being a puppy until his peaceful sleep.”

The meat counter is the cleanest I’ve ever seen . Every Friday a fishmonger is to be found selling fresh fish at great prices . The displays of fruit & veg are always very well presented . They have a massive selection of everything .”

“The RSPCA Halifax was really helpful and understanding about the dog we had chosen. The staff helped us chose the correct training leads and the harness for her. They explained to us how to look after her feeding pattern as she was underweight. Also if we had any problems they offered afrercare all we had to do was ring them up. Most professional. We would recommend them.”

“Our children are/were so happy at the pre school within the Community centre in Roberttown - the oldest having just started school in September and the youngest now attending pre school. The staff are friendly, caring, knowledgeable and patient and they have a great setting/space with varied and exciting activities available each day.
