Having visited the hygienist last week ( only ever had one previous appointment in my past and it wasn’t a good experience ) This lady was just so good, so kind and patient and not at all rough as my previous experience. Today I came back to see Holly for a filling. She knows I’m anxious, she understands, takes her time, explains everything and just completely put me at ease. No pain whatsoever. I’m 63 but might just not be dentist phobic anymore! 10/10”

“My experience is based on ENT department only! I recently had neck surgery with Mr Nilantha Imbulpitiya. He did a fantastic job with the surgery very good professional my recovery was very simple and my scar is so minimal already! I had some concerns around 6/7 weeks after the surgery I visited my GP who contacted Mr Imbulpitiya who by this point had discharged me however he jumped straight into action seeing me within one day taking time out of his already very busy schedule he examined me and arranged for another ultrasound to be performed to rule out anything problematic. Really just a wonderful consultant I wish everyone was like him! He actually listens to your concerns and makes you feel at ease. Keep up the great work!”

“What a fabulous pharmacy this is, just visited gasping to breathe, asking if they could sell me an inhaler, to ease my breathing difficulty, explained my usual medication gp, and presenting I'D, pharmacist could see I was having difficulty getting my breath, and without any fuss, or usual red tape sold me my medication, what a life saver, half an hour later I'm breathing again, and quality of life restored!!!! “The Stroke Ward here can only be described in one word AMAZING!!!! My faith and trust in the NHS was destroyed after my mother in laws second admission to Pinderfields Hospital. I can't tell you how incredible the staff have been from A&E to this fantastic ward. My mother in law had a traumatic stroke. The staff here from domestic staff to Consultant have made her their number 1 priority. Every aspect of her health has been studied reviewed and corrected. The staff here are so extremely friendly helpful informative professional kind sympathetic and attentive not only to their patients but to the families and each other. What an incredible mix here of medicine & science and a holistic approach to wellness. THANK YOU!”

“I called up open minds back in June 2022 and they were so helpful I went in the same day and had a 1-1 with Jonathan (counsellor) and I’ve had lots of counselling over the years and nobody could really figure out what the problem was. I got more from that hour with him than I ever have in the past and knew that’s where I wanted to begin my recovery! When I went in the day after I met 1 of the house managers who I got on with straight away he made me feel totally at ease. The thing I love about open minds is they have all gone through open minds themselves and follow the same 12 step programme I follow today, so they talk from experience not just books. Everybody there was really lovely and I felt at home for the time I was there! I’m still in close contact with a lot of them today and they still help me more than they know! the after care is amazing, anytime I call or text I get a reply within minutes. I’m 2 years clean thanks to open minds it’s really changed my life and I couldn’t do it without any of them and can’t thank them enough for what they have given me. I’ve always known how to survive as an addict but open minds have taught me how to live.”
