“Steve and Ian at Park Garage are my mother-in-law's long term local garage. She swears by them. We live over in Harrogate & we had an emergency situation requiring some immediate work to pass an MOT. Steven was knowledgeable, professional & helpful and pulled out all the stops to fit us in at very short notice and did a brilliant job. The price was spot on. I would rate them highly and wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thanks for looking after my wife's mum!”

“I highly recommend Amy and Country Hounds. She has taken great care to get to know Teddy and has always been extremely professional and reliable. She does everything she can to help at short notice if needed, and always considers the dogs' needs when the weather isn't ideal. She manages to get Teddy surprisingly clean before delivering him home, and he really does love mud and water. Most importantly, Teddy is always excited to see Amy and get in the van. He can be very anxious so this is a real measure of the relationship Amy has built with him.”

“Great friendly experience everytime Ive been. Very accommodating when booking appointments, with the nature of my job making it a little more difficult to know exactly when I will be off. Very informative and talk everything through so you know exactly whats going on and what options you have.”

“A wonderful place for a gongoozla. I am not good with heights nor with water, so you would think this is not the place for me, but it is incredible. There is a cafe at the top and a water point for the boaters. At the top there is a swing bridge to be operated before you can access the rise. CRT were on hand to open the bridge and then help a boater through. The water really shoots out under some pressure as the photo hopefully shows. It was a pretty dull wintry day, but the experience is excellent. A little further down is the Bingley 3 staircase locks which we will visit on our next time.”

“A wooded area with winding footpaths up the hill. There is a stream and fountain. Very dog friendly. Different areas of play equipment, and seating areas. There was a trail around the park to follow snowmen pictures that lead to a Christmas tree”

“Myrtle Park is a great place to bring dog. Down by the river is quiet and he loves to swim after the ball. There’s a playground and tea room at the top end. Fun place to bring kids.”

“Fantastic hotel with outstanding staff. Just a note if you visit during warmer weather there is no air con on the 1st floor, not a criticism just worth bearing in mind. The staff make this hotel perfect as they are so attentive and helpful.”

“Ordered the mamas burger for my partner, he's a very fussy eater but totally loved it. Tasty and not greasy. My pizza was the wrong one when we got it home. Phoned the shop, the lady on the phone was sooo helpful. I said we'd pick the correct one up in half hr, they rung me bk to say they would delivery the correct pizza free of charge. I worked in food retail and know mistakes happen but they put it right quickly and politely. Thank u sooo much excellent customer service, great food. Happy customer”

“Can't say enough of the service and amazing food. The pint of cobra off the tap in a beautiful glass was really something! The Argentine Malbec is a great choice if you like a mouth filling smooth red. The special dish fired in brandy is something to behold and the flavors omg. We weren't expecting a curry this early in the trip but weather drew us across the road from the mooring just below Bingley 3 rise to save getting g too wet. “Lovely place to go for a walk. You can walk to the canal and then cross to the other side of the canal to walk back to Hirst locks or Saltaire. Nice and quiet early on.”

“I thought there is a waterfall not far from where I live it's only 6 minutes by car to get to the area where the waterfall is, I have only been promising myself to go for four years and today I set out to go find it. The waterfall is not far from Harden village it's a good ramble to get there. It's called Gout Stock Waterfall and if you've never been then your really missing something special.”

“Great coffee and breakfast here, do pop in, it’s fantastic. We left as they were putting out the lunch dishes, i will certainly be back to try those.”

“Brilliant play area with a large selection of apparatus for the kids. Some new things have been installed since the last time I went, and the new swings are fantastic! There's a fabulous walk around the lake and in the woods, and if you're interested, there's also a golf course and archery!”

“Called here on Wednesday 6 Aug 25. Very nice sandwich and coffee provided swiftly. It was busy as it's school hols but the staff were efficient and courteous. I sat outside on a picnic bench. Quick shout out to the lovely lady with golden curls sat nearby :)”

“The conference lunch was delicious, and everything throughout our stay was excellent. We come here quite often, and this experience was good as always. Highly recommended! Silvia was extremely professional and made our visit exceptional. She helped check us in for our conference and hosted the entire event perfectly. We also saw her serving at the bar and look after reception — she truly does it all. After speaking with her, we learned she is a Supervisor, and it’s clear why. Very dedicated. We sure be back. Rudi was also very professional and those ladies looked after us regularly.”

“A great Lidl, usually well stocked. The staff are great, friendly and knowledgeable. This is my favourite Lidl for those reasons. I would recommend introducing some self checkouts though, for quicker service during busier times, reducing queues.”
