We learnt about lead handling and how to use body language to stay connected with your dog. We learnt about the importance of play and giving your dog choices. And we focussed on setting our dogs up for success - choosing the right environment for a walk, eliminating stress etc. We're all now feeling positive and ready to go!”

“I’ve been taking my puppy to It’s a Dog Life for 5 months now, one day a week, and they are always so flexible if I need an extra day. The cost is so reasonable compared to a dog walker, and I have complete peace of mind knowing he’s cared for all day while I’m at work. The staff are amazing – especially Louise, who my dog absolutely adores! He’s always so excited when we pull up, and often doesn’t want to leave. He’s also had a groom here and it was excellent. In fact, when I took him for a last-minute bath at Pets at Home, they asked who groomed him and said it was one of the best they’d seen. I would honestly be lost without this service. Highly recommend!”

I felt very nervous when I arrived at the hospital but the calm and reassuring manner of all the staff very soon calmed my nerves. As for Mr. Mahomed the surgeon who performed the operation I cannot recommend him highly enough . The nursing staff were very kind and empathetic when I returned from theatre and looked after me until I was able to go home early evening.”
