“Well, what a lovely experience for my nervous little rescue Frenchie! Up until today she wouldn’t let strangers pick her up, not even her vet is allowed to put her on a table and examines her on the floor. Within 60 seconds of entering Pugs in a tub she was up in on of the guys arms! When I collected her they had even managed to clip her claws for me which I was amazed at as she doesn’t let people touch her paws!! She’s currently sprawled on the sofa enjoying (noisily) her rabbits ear… thank you guys, amazing job and care!”

“Went with my family (wife and three children aged 10, 14 & 16) for dinner. We ordered a couple of starters and prawn crackers between us, followed by 4 main courses and three portions of rice (two of my kids don't each much rice) and some soft drinks. Bill came to £90 including tip / optional service charge. The food was all very tasty, service was prompt and friendly; our water jug was refilled without us asking, and they were very accommodating about changing a starter (spring rolls) that's usually in 4 pieces into 5 pieces so we could each have one. Would definitely go again, but find somewhere else to park. We looked at the dessert menu but decided to drive to the seafront and buy ice creams instead.”

My tooth was in a particularly awkward position but he managed to get it out with very little discomfort and ensured that there was no pain throughout. His team were great during the procedure and ensured that the extraction was as comfortable as possible. It went in a little worse for wear and came out better than it’s ever been. - upgraded my old handle bars to Aeros, - changed & re routing all the cables - wrapping new bar tape - adjusted the break and gear levers. - fixed my front mec - fitted a new rear cassette - fitted a new jockey wheel - gave the bike a ‘platinum service’ Throughout the service he kept me updated on how it was going and any recommendations he would advise. “We have moved to polegate from Hastings and chose this vets purely on recommendation. We have 3 pets and cookie this yorkie is our oldest. She's 15 years old and starting to get poorly. This veterinary practice greets you on the phone with a cheerful and happy manner. When you visit the practice all the staff are so sweet, they are kind, caring, considerate, full of smiles and really make you and your pets feel welcome. I've seen 2 different vets now and both were really thorough and very informative. You don't feel rushed or like you have no idea what they are talking about. They really take the time to explain and put your mind at ease. I could not recommend them enough. We are going back on Wednesday for another procedure for our little cookie, and I feel totally at ease knowing she will be looked after properly.”
