“I recently had to get my brake pads and discs replaced and I was really impressed with the Brighton MOT centre. They fitted my car in quickly, were very good value for money with the parts and labour costs clearly broken down (much cheaper than I’d been quoted elsewhere for the same parts). They also investigated other issues I mentioned upon arrival and were able to fix them quickly and cost effectively. It looks small from the outside but the quality of service was great.”

“Came in 04/11/2025 for two front tyres. All staff very professional while changing the tyre I was made aware and shown that one of my front wheels were buckled. I was advised if I was to get another alloy they would happily change the the tyre over for a small and reasonable amount. Staff were all really friendly and approachable and was even made a cup of coffee while I waited. I would definitely recommend and use this garage again.”

“Left the original review below in 2020 and have come back Jan 2024 for an MOT (fitting it in when I am visiting family as at least I will get a good service here) and again had a great experience. Nice and straight forward and honest and a relief when I've had so many horrible experiences. My radiator was leaking and I've heard and read about how expensive it can be to get a new radiator etc so was pleasantly surprised that he could fix the leaks as well as another issue and it was a very reasonable price I am so relieved, thanks! Thank goodness I brought my car for a second opinion to John Moore Auto repairs. Took my car to a well known chain car service (after googling and reading trust pilot reviews I assumed I could trust) in London. They gave me a long list of problems and quote of over £800 (not including service charge I had already paid) for a well looked after 11yo ford fiesta. Of the many red and amber alerts they gave me they included changing all my brakes and so John got everything ready to change and instead found my brakes were almost new and definitely didn’t need changing. He did however find I had a puncture in one tyre and another tyre with a valve leak (both of which had been missed by the well know car chain with apparently good reviews) despite my concern as I needed my car ready for quite a few long distance journeys). The overall cost totalled £250 not over £800! So relieved to find a garage I can trust (thanks to my brother in law) and will be bringing my car here for any future work despite the fact I live in London. Highly recommend.”

“I chose Steven’s service after reading these Google reviews, AND, after getting a quote from a business in Worthing, that specialised in car headlight restoration. Let me tell you, they also specialised in ripping you off – the quote they gave ran into the many hundreds of pound per headlight! So I took a chance on Steven, and how glad I am that I did. His work was thorough, very professional and my headlights are literally like new. All for £100. Plus he came to me and finished his work in around 75 minutes. Let me tell you now, if you want your headlights to look like new, just call Steven and get him to do the job. You won’t regret it.
