“This excellent kung fu club is part of the wider UK and international Shaolin Nam Pai Chuan system. I really appreciate Sifu Matt Gross’s down to earth, practical and honest approach. Try out this class if you want to develop your strength of body and mind. There’s also an excellent balance of women to men in the club and a broad focus on many aspects of self defence, fitness, flexibility, and art.”
“An amazing experience which allowed me to progress not only as a boxer but as a person. Provided me with great opportunities throughout and heavily supported me alongside my academic studies too. Currently in work as a Physio after 5 years of university!”
“Was completely new to Pilates (normally a gym and football kinda guy) but thought I'd give it a go. Felt like the class I attended was specific to people just like me and very much enjoyed it. Definitely helped to exercise muscles that I normally miss out and I have benefited in overall fitness 100%. Really friendly instructor who was also very patient with everyone and very nice venue too.”

“Nice place for martial arts fanatics. Friendly people.”
“I have been taking Pilates classes with Niki for over two years in person and via zoom. She is brilliant. I came to Pilates late in life to help a back injury and it has improved immeasurably. Also recently I had a problem with my piriformis muscle and Niki put together a targeted exercise plan I could do daily which improved the condition within a month. Highly recommend her classes and a lovely genuine person.”
“Sarah has been teaching pilates for 18 years, and it shows. She is a consummate professional, with an impressive array of machines (including the reformer and the cadillac) in her well-equipped studio in a lovely part of Brighton. She gets to know you, the physical pursuits you like to do, and helps you iron out every twinge, old injury and niggle in your body, tailoring every session accordingly. She usually only works with two people at a time, so you can be sure of a thorough, bespoke workout with just enough time for a bit of a chatter too (important!). My body feels much stronger and better conditioned now I see Sarah weekly and I'm so glad I found her!”
“Been going 3 times a week. Top quality gym and trainers, perfect for beginners or advanced.”
“Very helpfull and I trust steph with phoebe and phoebe loves it”
“I have just had my second session with Louise and I cannot express how brilliant she is. I suffer with lower back pain. I walk out of her sessions feeling so much more comfortable. She has made me think about my posture and what I need to do to fix it. She has given me exercises I can do when I’m sat at my desk working. The way she explains the exercises really helps me understand what I am trying to achieve. I look forward to my next session.”
“22 year old here, went abroad alone for the first time. Spent one month in brighton to do some travelling and go to english school. Im passionate about boxing and thought it would be a nice experience if i could continue to train while im in england. As this was the closest gym to my airbnb i decided to visit it on my second day of arrival and give it a try. It was Friday, when they usally do sparring and i had the best time ever. Everybody was open and friendly, including the coaches. I honestly had the best sparring experience of my life so far. The training was good on the other days too, but the sparring was deffinetly the highlite for me. To be fair, i only visited one boxing gym here in switerland (which i dont recommend) and sparred with a couple of friends privatly. Nevertheless, i want to recommend this place because i had such a good time. Overall i felt a good and hard working mentality in there. Apologies to the team, especially Aggy and the female coach (forgot her name, sorry!) for not saying goodbye. I must've gotten food poisening on my last day because i had the worst fever out of nowhere and missed my last session on Friday which was a shame. Anyway, keep it up. Best regards from switzerland, Dave”
“I’ve been taught Pilates by Nelly for about 8 years now and still love it! She is an intuitive instructor and keeps the classes fun and interesting.”
“Gabi's classes are inclusive, engaging, and friendly. I am dyspraxic and have struggled to find yoga classes where the teacher knows how to deal with a body that doesn't quite play ball with instructions! But not Gabi. She is accommodating, communicates clearly, provides lots of different modified suggestions and runs classes that are filled with laughter and joy.”
“I've been taking my 2 children (currently aged 6 and 4) to the children's classes for almost 3 years and it has been great to see them develop. The club not only focusses (obviously) on the technical aspect of the subject but also actively promotes healthy eating, respect, social skills, sharing, attention - all the things that any conscientious parent is keen to see their child develop. If your child fancies trying out something new why not check out their website for further details and pop along on a Saturday morning - I know they'd love to see you.”

“Having played rugby for many years, Pilates wasn't something that I had ever considered. Now, older and wiser I decided to try it and it has made a massive difference. Kelly's classes are welcoming and enjoyable, and over a short time I'm finding I'm more flexible which is improving my general physical state.”
