βIβve been seeing Georgie for years for any injuries I have. Her wide knowledge in sports injuries as well as Pilates expertise means I have always got an amazing treatment plan. I would not choose anyone else to help get me back in my running trainers!β
βI joined Fitness Hub because I've been in and out of gyms for a few years and have never managed to stay for longer than 3 months because I get so bored. Fitness Hub is the best exercise I have ever done in my life - all the trainers are so lovely as well as motivating, and I can genuinely say I now love exercise. I am gutted if I have to miss a class because each one is so different - old me would be shocked! There's also an amazing community and everyone is so friendly. Best money I've ever spent in my life!β
βI had decided to be a member while walking by and getting interested in various workshops it provided, and I really enjoyed every yoga class I had at About Balance. Staff is always lovely, helpful and kind. I had to leave my membership as I moved far but I miss the studio of warmth and professionalism. Allison has incredible experience and kindness so I tried not to miss her classes on Sunday mornings. I highly recommend About Balance, give a chance if you are close to Brighton!β

βFrom start to end, it was a positive experience. Jordan was helpful when I called and Yosef was so friendly and welcoming in the class. I thoroughly enjoyed the class itself and will be returning.β
βMy son and I have been learning Krav Maga with Lewis for the last 2 years and we both love it. Lewis has been able to manage our differing abilities seamlessly. A fun way to stay fit whilst also learning self-defence methods and boxing.β
βI've recently completed my Pilates teacher training at the Harmonise Training Academy and its been an incredible experience. I've left the course feeling ready to teach and this is down to Clare and Stacey who are brilliant tutors. They are both warm and welcoming, very knowledgable and really supportive at every stage. The course resources are so detailed and really help with learning. There is lots of time to actually practice teaching on this course which sets its apart as being among the very best in the UK. I highly recommend this course.β
βI cannot recommend Anahata enough! Iβve been receiving treatment here for my migraines and period pain, and the results have been life-changing. The holistic approach they take, combining massage, acupuncture, Chinese herbs, and osteopathic treatments, has provided relief where nothing else has worked before. Each therapist is incredibly skilled and genuinely cares about your well-being, creating a calm and healing environment. The massages are therapeutic and relaxing, targeting my pain points with precision. Acupuncture sessions have helped reduce both the intensity and frequency of my migraines, while the Chinese herbal remedies have balanced my system in ways I never thought possible. The osteopathic treatments have improved my overall alignment and well-being. The team takes the time to listen, personalizing each treatment plan to address my specific needs. I always leave feeling better, both physically and mentally. Iβm so grateful to have found this clinicβif youβre struggling with chronic pain or just looking to improve your overall health, this is the place to go.β
βStaff are friendly and knowledgeable. Gym is clean and cleaning protocols followed by staff and clients. Machines are excellent with auto setup for many. Spin classes are good. I would prefer 45 minute spin class for the morning sessions. But you can't have everything...β
βGreat welcome from the members of staff. Was here in a coach with Leeds Utd and I can not fault any of the staff. Big shout out to the lady on the gate, and the girl in the brew room! Thank you for making us feel welcome.β
βBoth my girls absolutely love it. Coaches are lovelyβ
βI joined Wickwoods in May 2024 and at the time, I had just been diagnosed as diabetic and really struggled to 'enjoy' any kind of gym I had ever joined before, very quickly cancelling my membership as I found it boring. Something had to change and I won't lie, when I initially signed up to Wickwoods it was not easy given the price but what I can honestly say is that in hindsight, it was one of the best decisions I ever made and it is worth every penny. I find the variety of classes, gym and racquet sports help keep me engaged and 18 months on I'm going 5/6 times a week and loving it, it's a great place to be for my mental health and I've reversed that diabetes also. The staff are so pleasant and I've made some great new friends also. If you are thinking about joining, I wouldn't waste any time in doing so, you won't regret it.β
βI find the Hillcrest centre a treasure. I come to monthly meetings from the centre of Brighton. It's a joy to be able to park easily, the rooms are large and airy, and quiet, never any problem about booking, and the lunches are inexpensive and superb and the staff are very helpful. The dining room It seems to be a hub for retired people like me. The main hall is a great venue - I went to a book launch attended by hundreds of people, and there is a vibrant market there whenever I go, which is a Thursday once a month - may be more frequent. I guess it's an important resource heavily used by the townspeople of Newhaven. I love it, the atmosphere, the people - and the lunches.β
βWhen I joined David Lloyd, Rosa from the membership team was a great help in getting me all set up and made the whole process really easy. I decided to use my free PT sessions with Sarah Green, as I was particularly interested in her running background. We had three sessions together, where she introduced me to the weights equipment and focused on building leg strength. I really enjoyed the sessions and learned so much in a short space of time. Sarah was supportive, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to follow. Iβd highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for guidance and motivation. So far, Iβm really enjoying the club and all the facilities. Itβs a great environment to trainβ

βWe had 5 idyllic days and by the end everyone decided they couldn't leave until they had booked again for next year! The house and grounds, held us in a sanctuary that we didn't want to leave. The team were so responsive, and everything seemed so easy to organise! The food, fire pit, dancing on the hill overlooking the sea, sauna on the beach took it to a whole different level. There is no other place for us now! Thank you.β
βWhat a dreamy studio Flow State Hove is! So bright, spacious and calming. The classes Iβve been to so far have each been beautiful flows, guided with love and passion. It feels so exciting and uplifting to be in classes that are based on embodiment, somatic movement, intuitive Flow, soulful slow flow, and more delightful movement - I love Flow State Hove for this! The teachers and growing community are friendly and kind - so feels like a home away from home. Thank you Deanne & Callie for opening this awe-inspiring studio in Hove!β

I really appreciated how she took the time to help me improve my posture and ensure I was getting the most out of each pose. Iβm definitely looking forward to coming back for more!" Letiβ
βAfter my previous physio was on maternity leave, I was recommended Claire. It is hard to put your trust in someone new but she put me at my ease straight away. She was professional and very knowledgeable and was able to give good advice to help me with managing my pelvic floor issues.β
βI recently had a massage at yoganina and I can't recommend it enough! Nina was incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about my well-being. She took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the session to address my specific aches and pains. Her depth of knowledge about the body was evident, and I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. If you're looking for a massage that not only eases discomfort but also provides a holistic experience, I highly recommend visiting her. You won't be disappointed!β

βAnnelies and her husband who set up the very smart Marina Studios, are the most friendly, bubbly and proactive people! I absolutely love going to my weekly dance class called Latin Fit and they have just installed a superb new sound system which made me dance with even more enthusiasm than normal! It is the highlight of my week, going to the dance studio and very reasonable membership fees too!β

βI have been training with Reece for around 2 months and I cant recommend him enough. He started off pretty basic with me learning footwork and basic shots and blocks, we are now onto light sparring. I feel much fitter and confident and really look forward to every session! Cheers Reece!β
βIβm a newbie at karate, but the atmosphere is so welcoming, itβs like Iβve been part of the community for years. The trainers are empathetic, and the training is the right kind of challenging. Iβm 63 and my son is 8, heβs been with SAMA for 3 years, and we both love itβ
βWe have had lots of sets up at this hall and Itβs a great venue with great facilities. The hall is plenty big enough for a large castle and soft play. Lots of parking in the car park opposite tooβ
βJust a great centre with so many opportunities for the local community to come together and attend classes or access resources that are just not available anywhere else. The cafe prices look very good too!β
