I've seen 2 different vets now and both were really thorough and very informative. You don't feel rushed or like you have no idea what they are talking about. They really take the time to explain and put your mind at ease. I could not recommend them enough. We are going back on Wednesday for another procedure for our little cookie, and I feel totally at ease knowing she will be looked after properly.”

However, earlier this year I had serious engine failure nearby to Berwick Service Station. I was greeted in reception with a smile and immediately felt comfortable leaving my vehicle. They completed a major job to my entire satisfaction. Recently, an unfortunate shunt demanded another visit to this gem in Berwick and a lovely smile by Mary-Ann at reception. I had noticed some very posh expensive cars on their premises and was aware of their body workshop. George, their bodywork specialist viewed the damage to my vehicle and cheerfully conveyed 'no problem'. In record time my car was ready for collection and I was truly gobsmacked on seeing the superb workmanship both on bodywork and final paint finish. A truly professional piece of work by a craftsman. Look, I've told you about this gem, but don't go waffling to your mates in the pub about it.”
