    “I needed to take some time before leaving this review, as I wanted to make sure that I would fully explain everything. I was looking for a cash injection for my business and did the usual google search which unveiled quite a few businesses offering money with huge promises attached. After doing the compulsory due diligence I contacted a few who I felt offered the best rates, had great reviews on multiple platforms, and had a proven history and not just some fly by night. As you would expect most people I spoke to had what we call ‘the gift of the gab’ and could sell sand to the Arabs. Shahbaz was no different in that respect, but I honestly felt that it really did not matter to him if I chose him or someone else, just as long as I was happy with my choice. This was a breath of fresh air. I know that sounds a bit silly but hand on heart there was no hard sell or constant being bombarded with calls and emails either. After our 3rd conversation, all instigated by me asking more and more questions of him, I was comfortable to move forward. With his help I decided on the amount which was right for me and I filled in the relevant documents and had them all signed. Everything was all in place and finalised on a Friday, with the payment to be made the following Monday. However, over that weekend I was extremely fortunate to come in a substantial amount of money, which meant that I did not need to progress with my application. I sent Shahbaz a message on that Sunday saying that we needed to have an urgent conversation the following morning and to my surprise I had a reply from him asking if everything was ok. Bear in mind that all of my application had gone through, all signed and sealed, and I was just waiting for the payment on Monday, and he still took the time to reply on a weekend, out of hours, checking if everything was ok. The following morning, we had a conversation that I needed to cancel everything and I explained why. Without losing a beat he told me he would make a few calls and see what we need to do. Within an hour he got back to me with our options. No trying to convince me to keep the application or doing the hard sell. Obviously there would have been a nice commission payment to him once I had received my money from the lender. A lot of hard work had gone into this on his behalf and receiving the commission was to be the pay-off for it, and rightly so. I expressed how sorry I was that he would not receive the commission and offered to pay some sort of fee for the work he had already done but he would not hear anything of it. His only response was, ‘if you need anything in the future, then please come back to me and give me the opportunity to get you the best deal.’ All to often nowadays people are quick to judge and leave bad reviews when things do not go their way, but I passionately believe that when someone does good by you, you shout it from the roof top. So Shahbaz, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me and I cannot recommend you highly enough, not for just your patience explaining things to me without making me feel stupid but also that you didn’t make me feel bad for not following through with things. You really are a credit to your company and I can see why you have so many awards and reviews to back that up.”
