Like the other reviews suggested, I went to his house, he notarised my documents and was in and out for a fraction of a price quoted by others and found Stephen was pleasant and polite. I would recommend using Stephen when needing a simple notarisation you can get in person, as little can go wrong as other reviews have complained about delays with postage.”
