The other wanted £450 to deliver a message which in all likelihood would be similar to what Margaret did for free. All three firms advertised an initial free consultation. Only one actually gave one. And Margaret's response demonstrated she actually cares about people and her ability to help, not just bagging and billing another client regardless of whether or not they have a good case.
