“I put a very large order in for 16 people for a staff meeting. The team were brilliant, when we got the food back it was all hot and everyone had the correct order (rarely happens with a large order). Staff were lovely and even double checked the order. Thank you!”

“Bobbie did a great job doing my pedicure. She cut my nails just as I like them, she gave the dry skin a good ‘buff’ and moisturised my feet - they feel lovely and soft. I liked that she gave me some good tips for keeping them moisturised. Loved the nail colour too. So impressed that I booked a manicure!”

“Tried Kings out 2 years ago for a wedding haircut, Sean did an amazing job been coming back ever since, all the guys are great and have a good laugh which makes you feel at ease, couldn't recommend them enough.”

“I wasn't expecting such a good flat white in Yate. Thanks to Ara for making it, she was fab. Seems like a popular spot with a wide spectrum of people: solo laptop workers, book readers, kids and parents, retirees, and other chatting pairs. A slightly odd building, trying to do interesting and quirky but in a narrow, new-build retail park shed. A good range of different seating options and loads of space on the terrace outside. Great coffee is what I came for and what I got, and the rest looks good too!”

“I was recommended to have my nails done in Body Perfect, Yate, and I can honestly say I am NOT disappointed, Jo did my nails, and I am delighted with them. A very welcoming atmosphere, friendly smiley staff. I have rebooked.”

“A good supermarket with a variety of goods, not just food Also sells some clothing, gardening and homeward, not to mention the last place selling dvds in Yate.”

“Ordered the bedside cot. Missing a small part. I send email to this company. David replied fast back and sent us the missing parts in a few days! Good customer service!”

“Truly excellent service by a lovely young lady named Chelsea who was the Sunday supervisor. She greeted me warmly and immediately interrupted what she was doing to serve me. She is an absolute credit to Shoezone. Thanking you very much.”

“Although this inside the Next fashion store, the layout is very good wrt Covid requirements. Also unlike other Costas nearly all people observing the wearing of Face coverings. Staff very friendly and helpful cleanliness is excellently applied. Nice relaxing place to sit and enjoy the food available and the excellent coffee.”

“Visited this store this morning to use the EVRI parcel service. Never used this before but was helped by an assistant who really went above and beyond to sort everything for me. Didn't spot a name-tag but she was fair haired and the only assistant around at the time.”

“The work of the manicurist and pedicurist is simply admirable! The care, attention to detail and artistic skill involved in each service is truly impressive. My cuticles are perfect!”

“I had a bad experience with an Uber driver last night and wasn't sure what to do so I called papa John's as this was where my order came from. Even though it had nothing to do with them, the man I spoke with with extremely empathetic and kind. He gave me a credit on my account despite them not getting any money back. He was sincere and so lovely! Thank you for the excellent service.”
