His thorough understanding of the products and their applications was immediately evident, and he patiently explained the best way to solve the problem. He also suggested a great product for us to use that he himself had used in the past. George also saved us a lot of future problems by advising us not to apply a waterproofing solution. What truly set George apart was his genuine interest in our project to protect our fence now and in the future and thanks to his expert guidance, we feel reassured and confident that we can eradicate the green algae and maintain our fence in the best possible way. “Use this shop a fair bit, always go in there when up the shopping centre, can be very busy at times but they always put enough staff onto the tills to match, it's very rare to wait any amount of time to pay, when i have needed to ask staff a question on the shop floor they have always been polite and helpful, wish more shops were like this, BM stores being quite the opposite like the awful shop at cribbs for example...”

“A 5 minute drive from Quedgeley, we have a lovely Lidl, where I buy most of my groceries. Great products at great prices and a middle isle that changes regularly, with everything from electric tools, nesting boxes, toys, heaters, air coolers and lots more. Always worth a visit.”

“Had an issue with an in store return, after contacting customer services who were no help I asked to be put through to the store and spoke to a Manager (Guy) he told me to come down and he would sort it. Went in and within 5 minutes he had returned the items on to a gift card - Thank you.”

“Excellent female member of staff. She noticed I had a parcel in my hand and immediately apologised that I couldn't drop it off because their bag was full. However, she said I could still use their printer to get the label and suggested I take the parcel to Tesco Express, advising that she knew their printer didn't work. I'd never used Evri in that store before, which she could tell, so she directed me to the machine and gave instructions. After printing my label, I was about to leave the store when she stopped me to advise she could now take the parcel from me as the Delivery Driver had just turned up. A lovely surprise to have such great customer service. Makes me want to shop there again.”
