“A really lovely place to eat. However, on Sunday they ran out of cooked food by about 3:00 p.m. Which I suppose is okay but I really wanted my fish and chips..... On the other hand, the cakes are magnificent!”

Rikki helped us from start to finish with useful suggestions, explained all our options and gave us samples to take away. Follow up phone calls as well and everything went smoothly even the delivery which was by two lovely friendly and hugely helpful Welsh gentlemen who's names I didn't get unfortunately. “Had a great time staying here! The owner, Sharon and Glyn, were super welcoming right from when I arrived and made me feel right at home. The room was exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable, and equipped with good WiFi. Even though it's on a main road, the room was surprisingly quiet. The whole place was clean and tidy, and I loved having the dining area with a microwave, kettle, and fridge to use. Breakfast was simple but good with cereals, bread, tea, coffee, and juice available. All in all, a really comfy and hassle-free stay. Would definitely recommend!”

“I want to thank the Build a Bear staff for a lovely experience. I'm autistic, and Bluey is one of my special interests. When BaB announced a Bluey line, I was really excited, but a bit worried about going in to the shop- I'm a bit too old to like Bluey really, and was worried I might get some funny looks. I ordered my Muffin plushie as a click and collect as a bit of an experiment to see if I thought I could handle going in to the shop to make a bear. I was in and out in 5 minutes flat, staff were quick to ask if I needed anything, speedy, and very helpful. I went home very happy, and with a lovely Muffin plushie. I went back a few weeks later to make my Bluey and Bingo bears. I was quite worried, so decided to go a bit later in the day in the hopes that the store would be a bit quieter (I went on a weeknight, at about 7pm, and there were only one or two other people in the shop). I wore my sunflower lanyard, so a member of staff came over and quietly asked if they could help me with anything. They explained the whole process to me, and pointed out all the different stations so I could go at my own pace in the right order. I assume staff have to ask quite a few questions about add-ons and extras, but I really appreciated that nobody pushed me when I said no, I'd just like the bears. Staff were very patient with me, making sure I was 100% happy with each bear before I moved on, and asking questions about which parts of the experience I'd like to do and any bits I'd like to skip. The whole process was very smooth and easy. I now have three lovely Bluey plushies that will be treasured for a long time to come. Thank you very much to all the staff; my experience was so much less stressful than I was expecting, and you have made a big Bluey fan very happy indeed ❤️”

“Lily our server was absolutely amazing. We came in for the £1 main meal deal and she was really helpful with helping with this. She was brilliant and couldn't do more for us. Really enjoyable meal.”

“For all kids up to 12yrs old, reasonably priced and the cafe is well priced too. 2 3 story climbing areas, separate area for football and inflatable, also has a large area fenced off for the wee ones. Big problem in these places is the heat generated but Jump open up the big door and cover it with a mesh to allow the cool are in, brilliant. All in the kids loved it, even got me down the chute.”

“Sausage breakfast roll... seriously needs upgrading (take a look at startbcks... YUMMY) Really horrible and totally inedible. Stone cold too which really didnt help the disgusting sausages. Coffee lovely as always.”

“Had my first Cafe Rouge breakfast here today. Food was great and had a perfect Mocha to go with it. My server Zoe was also fantastic. She was really friendly, quick service and very welcoming. Which is blooming impressive for first thing in the morning. Well certainly be back.”

“We ordered from here for delivery via their own app and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered 2 pizza meal deals and got the Meat feast, farm house, ham and pineapple and Texas bbq. They were great with a good crust. We also ordered chips and chicken nuggets. The chips were super crisp and nice but nuggets were average. We really enjoyed it and we got a free bottle of Pepsi. Plus is was 30 mins from ordering to the delivery guy knocking on our door, super quick.”

“Great experience whilst with my 2 year old. A lot of places won’t give out hot water because idiots don’t know how to deal with hot water. But they were able to help me out with my child’s formula. And the woman called Lily was so helpful bringing everything over whilst I was looking after my 2 year old son.”
