As I was buying the car from a long distance I asked for videos of the car to ensure I wasn't wasting my time. Ollie quickly sent me over plenty of detailed videos which where a great help. Buying the car was the best car buying experience I've had, the car was very well presented and everyone on site was extremely friendly and welcoming. While buying the car I decided to opt for the extended warranty, as I live around 200 miles away from the showroom we discussed how the warranty would work if anything where to happen and it was agreed that I would be able to send the car to a BMW approved garage around in my area. I encountered a few issues with the car after a few months of owning it, spoke to Ollie who replied straight away and was keen to help me get it sorted, booked the car into a BMW specialist and it was all sorted within the week, no arguments about price or who's liability it is- the car is now bang on. “Excellent service throughout. My Audi A3 had an EPC light and Emissions light on the dash and after a test in another garage the fault was "Turbocharger/Compression". I phoned Audi Volks Services and they had no availability for 2 weeks, but said I could leave my car there and they would see if they could fit me in. They fixed the car on day 1 and explained the issue was just a stuck mechanical part which they free'd up with WD-40. I went to pay and they told me the fix was simple, taking around 30 minutes and free of charge. I cannot fault them and will definitely be back if I have any issues and for a service.”
