“The staff here were so lovely and helpful. I went in looking for a very specific pair of shoes for my husband for a party - 6 days before the event (!) and totally sold out online. They took my contact details and within 30 mins they’d called me to say they’d found them in another store and would post them to me within 2-3 days. I nipped back in and paid, the shoes arrived super quickly, no shipping charge, party saved, etc..!! Brilliant.”

“Excellent service and great choices. Not only are the shoes of great quality but they are very reasonably priced in my opinion. There are different fashion styles for instance Gabor as well as Jones own brand. The staff here in Bath are quite exceptional nothing is too much trouble. They have wonderful personalities and it’s become an event to shop there. I have now bought three pairs of summer sandals and I intend to stay loyal to them. “I popped into the chippenham store with my daughter to get a smart outfit for her first job and was helped by a lovely gentleman by the name of Liam. He was so helpful fetching stuff and giving advice, I felt like we were in a department store with our own personal shopper. He most certainly went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for him. He certainly made sure we left the store with everything we needed.”

“FANTASTIC!!!.... I'm not really one for leaving reviews but after my recent experience with Zucci, I feel almost obligated!! At just past 5.30pm yesterday evening (9/10/24), I knocked on the door of Zucci, Bath to see if they could answer a quick question with regards to an item that I was looking for. The reason I knocked was that the store had closed up for the day, but staff (I assume manager/owner and a colleague) were present tidying away the days activities. Now my desier to write this review is not based solely on the fact that the door was opened (with a smile), but my questions answered and a fantastic product was both offered and excepted (...may I add, at a very good price too!). In essence, service and experience that I received from Zucci last night is rare and should not be overlooked... 10/10!! Well done Zucci and thank you.”

“It's ok the prices are in my opinion the same as everywhere else now it's not a big store but has most things. The hot food counter is great. The staff are friendly and helpful also. Wheelchair access is great wide isles plenty of disabled parking and a disabled loo.”
