“I visited earlier this afternoon, and my experience was amazing and I’d like to praise a staff member, Charlie. He was very efficient and friendly when I asked if they had a shoe in a size 5. I wanted to pay with klarna in store and I’d never done it before and he very helpfully showed me how to do it in a way where I didn’t feel stupid. The payment at the till took much longer than I thought it would because I had to verify my bank account. He was very patient in saying “it’s okay you don’t need to rush there’s no one waiting” and he was understanding in the sense that these things happen. I didn’t feel rushed and he made me feel like a very valued customer. Highly recommend this store and the staff are lovely as always :)”

“An angel called carole was amazing today.nothing was too much trouble. She kitted both my autistic sons out for suits. Next yeovil is a shop one of my sons love. Carole is always so lovely to him and always ready to help. Shes an absolute star.she gave good advice on matching the suits with ties shoes and belts and what could of been an extremely difficult time she made it very quick and easy guessing both the boys sizes straight away Thank you sooo much for your help.”

I wanted a particular green dress which they didn’t have in store in my size. She searched all the other stores and ordered me one to get delivered into the store. She was so kind and helpful and really went above and beyond. She was so desperate for me to have this dress for a special night out. It may not get delivered in time, but I’m still buying it anyway.
