“Brought my Mum here in late November for both of us to have back-to-back treatments, and WOW it was on another level! I had the Highlands and she had the Spell - both with the lovely and amazing Solbi who was phenomenal! The treatments themselves were another level of magic with bespoke music and aromatherapy that takes you to another world (way more transformative than your standard massage in any other spa). We’re both so so grateful to Solbi for working her magic with us! Also the spa receptionist that day (we never got her name - had fabulous blue hair!) went above and beyond to look after my Mum: she was struggling with sensory overload and this lovely receptionist took the initiative to move my Mum to a darker soundproofed room whilst she waited for her treatment which truly helped her so much. We were both bowled over by how above and beyond everyone went, how neurodivergent-aware-and-informed they were, and by every single part of the experience. Thank you both so much!”

“I have just returned today after a weeks holiday with Lynda looking after my cat Sherbert! The service I recieved was fantastic!! She went above and beyond when looking after Sherbert! Every day I recieved updates on how he was doing with pictures and videos - this extra special touch goes a long way to making you feel at ease that your animal is in safe hands and being well looked after! It is clear to see that Lynda is an animal lover and has a passion and love for caring for animals! I came home to a very happy Sherbert who enjoyed Lynda's visits and company! “Teddy is an 8 month old cavapoo and had his puppy groom and now has had two big boy grooms. He literally runs through the store to get to the Groom Room, and is even more excited when he sees Beth. She has looked after him from the start and she has always does an absolutely amazing job. He looks a million dollars. She treats him with such care and understanding. “I took my Anatolian sheepdog to be groomed for the very first time. Booking was really simple, the Salon was really lovely with a calm environment. The Staff were really friendly and asked many questions to understand my dog fully. When I collected her she was having a cwtch with the Staff Member and she looked and smelt amazing! “I took our Cockapoo here for her very first puppy pamper. When I have bathed her it has been torturous, so I did advise the lady in advance that she might be a handful. Imagine my surprise when I picked her up and the lady showed me a video of my pup being bathed and loving every minute of it! She looked like a big ball of fluff when I picked her up and smelt amazing. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff who were absolutely charming and clearly love dogs. Would definitely recommend and have already booked our puppy in for her next pamper.”

“They were really amazing with my rescue dog. This was her first groom and i had found it so hard got her to get seen by anyone, even though she doesnt have any behavioural issues. The consultation was great and they fully explained what was needed to make Sally feel comfortable, especially with the hot weather coming. They did a fantastic job with her, and she was so calm when I went to get her, 100% recommend.”

“Jo Cooper, 03 August 2024 We took our 5 month old Cavapoo to K9 groomers for the first time at the beginning of August, after hearing great reviews about them. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with super friendly staff, who reassured us straight away. We said how we sort of wanted our Cavapoo cut. She explained fully what she would do and we left feeling very happy and confident that our precious Ruby was in good hands. We received a text about 2 hours later, saying she was almost ready, stating how much we owed and that they only accepted cash, which was great to know beforehand. When we walked back in, Ruby was happily playing on the floor with another dog, the cutest pink bow in her hair and looking even more gorgeous than we imagined. She was so happy. The groomer explained everything she'd done, how she'd been and said she'd taken some pictures and sent them to me via WhatsApp. We booked a follow-up appointment there and then, paid and left feeling extremely satisfied. When my husband and I checked my WhatsApp when we got home, we were totally blown away by the pictures we saw. They had literally done a photo shoot of Ruby. We couldn't stop smiling. They were the cutest pictures ever!! We never expected that. I messaged K9 and couldn't thank them enough. We've all had the most amazing first experience with K9. The shop is spotless, totally secure and they have extremely experienced, friendly staff, who clearly care so much about each dog they groom.”

“Our Frenchie has been receiving grooms with Bow Wow since he was a puppy, and we’ve always received amazing service, the facilities they have are 1st class! The staff are always so patient with him as he can be a bit anxious sometimes! I would never go anywhere else!”
