It’s not just the venue that makes this place but the people and those that are drawn into the place that make this feel like a big part of Cardiff tucked away just outside of the busy and hectic town centre. Teachers are all great and welcoming with very understanding people who know if you are either a beginner or veteran of their skills and accommodating to my own level.”

Allways a great experience for me and my dog. I have a big golden lab who gets scared easily, they go above and beyond to make him feel safe and he comes back smelling amazing.”

“Took our dog here for the first time this morning. He usually hates having his paws cut and isn’t used to going to a groomers for a groom as I’ve tried to do it at home for him. The lady was extremely welcoming and Fletcher was happy to be left with her. When we went to pick him up Fletcher looked very relaxed and looked like a new boy! They were able to shred so much fur off him, which is amazing and he smelt delicious. Will definitely be taking Fletcher back there and would highly recommend. 5***** service, thank you!”

“Top marks for this cafe ! Light, airy place, with good number of seats. A very good selection of food and drinks. I had the poached eggs and my niece had the chicken salad. Both were great. The staff are very friendly. The place is clean. Well done and good luck with the business.”

“Went into the Blackwood store on the 10/8/24 around 6pm, to buy a hamster for my little boy two ladies served myself and his nan, fantastic service both ladies couldn’t of been more helpful, we bought the cage/food etc and they gave lots of advice and suggestions both very friendly I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, fantastic service, they made a genuine fuss of my little boy as his hamster is his first pet, nothing was too much trouble for them. Was a little worried as we had used the same groomer for over 20 years and there are various warts which we always had to be careful about when going for a haircut , but happy to say that our Bichon Jenny came back looking and smelling 1 million dollars.
