“Cardiff cat clinic is excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my pet’s care. I know they do their very best for my cat’s health and well-being. Kitty has passed away since I first wrote this review. She was poorly for a long time but still enjoying life. Lois and Anne were the most compassionate people I could have asked for to deal with the decision to end her suffering when it was the right time.”

“Hollie is quite literally incredible! Our two dogs, Laurel and Hardy are totally besotted with Hollie and get so excited when they see her. She looks after them with kindness, consideration, love, affection and a great deal of care. Dogs are so intuitive on good natured people and I trust my boys instincts above everything, so when we come home and see them still bouncing around Hollie with excitement, it makes us feel so assured, confident, comfortable and at times, a little emotional at the bond and relationship Hollie takes the time and effort to build with them. Hollie has looked after our boys in our house from a couple of hours to days at a time when we are away, we get regular updates, pictures and videos, stories and good morning/good night messages. We come home to a spotlessly clean house and two very satisfied, stimulated, happy dogs. Hollie also takes them on the most incredible walks! I'm jealous of the adventures they get to go on. We are now at a stage with Hollie where we want to plan all holidays around her availability, purely because when the boys are with her we can truly relax. Hollie, we will never be able to thank you enough for the dedication and love you pour into the boys. Anyone who has you look after their special sidekicks are very lucky indeed x”

“Having a dog diagnosed with a mass on her spleen over 2 months ago I had to try something to help her. I ordered Yunnan Baiyeo capsules & Diatomaceous Earth from Raw Pet Supplies. I couldn't believe how my order came the very next day to Northern Ireland! On my order comments I had said I would like the order urgently. “Both of my cats, Dandelion and Burdock are patients at this vets. They are always cared for with the utmost respect and friendliness. Whenever I have any worried or queries they are happy to answer any questions or give advice with a simple phone call. My little Burdock recently had spay surgery, she was cared for wonderfully and has had one of her two post operations and she is healing up beautifully. I love this vet service, they sent her home with pain relief, something that I didn't have with my boy when we were at a different vet. The prices are also amazing, very affordable treatments. My sister recommended this vets to me as her dog goes there and I jumped ship to this vets without a moment's thought, and I'm glad I did. First class service, friendly staff and always happy to help. 5 stars and I would certainly recommend vets4pets blackwood to family and friends.”

“Couldn’t be happier with our dogs cut. Felt comfortable on arriving, the place is secure and the people were fantastic. Lovely family. More importantly, our dog was comfortable on arrival and on leaving. My wife and I both agree, that this is the best cut out cockerpoo has had in 3 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my crickets and I've just bought some fish from here which I absolutely love.
